Moderation: Released.

I will be releasing the comments from moderation shortly; my hope is that conversations between readers might be enhanced if the comments are posted immediately.

I went to moderation in response to abusive postings last summer. That seems to have stopped now.

Also, I am reluctant to give out my personal email to commenters who request it; if you wish to have private communications we can set up a blind post, to which we can mutually comment. To the commenter that requested email: I lost your comment to an itchy trigger finger that hit delete.... please try again.
