Quote of the Day

The Democrats treat black people like the wife who will iron your shirt for a date with your mistress. They know they don't have to do anything to keep winning 90 percent of the black vote, so they've dedicated themselves to bringing in millions of Latin Americans who will vote for them -- and also do their gardening.

Democrats and Lying Women: The Consequences of False, Hate-Filled Ideology

BLOOMFIELD: Strange Fruit, When Women Lied And Men Died

By Janet Bloomfield
Posted on December 13, 2017

From 1882 – 1968, an estimated 4,743 men were lynched in the United States, often after an accusation of rape, prompting the NAACP to claim ‘[w]hites started lynching because they felt it was necessary to protect white women’.

We now know that many of these women lied, and men died.

Emmet Till was only 14 years old when he was beaten to death for the crime of ‘whistling at a white woman’. Many years later, Carolyn Brant admitted that she lied, to protect her husband. They went on to profit financially from the boy’s death. Till was hardly alone. A mob of 1500 beat and hung three Black circus workers in Duluth, after a white woman made an apparently false accusation of rape.

Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Gilbert King chronicles the lives and deaths of the black men falsely accused of sexual assault in his book, Devil in the Grove.

The history of lynching in the United States is inextricably interwoven with the history of women lying about sexual assault. Last month Teen Vogue writer Emily Lindin cheerfully resigned herself to innocent men being made to suffer if women lie, as the price of ending “patriarchy”, seemingly incapable of understanding that she would not be the one paying the price. This is the same thought process of the women who lied to force the Southern trees to bear their strange fruit.

Billie Holiday, one of the best jazz vocalists in American history, recorded her mournful masterpiece “Strange Fruit” in 1939, describing the sight of men’s burnt and beaten bodies, hanging from trees and lampposts in the South, after mob retribution.

Southern trees bear strange fruit

Blood on the leaves and blood at the root

Black bodies swinging in the southern breeze

Strange fruit hanging from the poplar trees

The song was later updated by Kanye West to include a discussion of predatory women hoping to become pregnant by rich men. West samples the Nina Simone recording of “Strange Fruit,” linking his depiction of rapacious black women with malicious white women who lied about sexual assault.

The recent epidemic of powerful, mostly liberal, white men accused of sexual impropriety, harassment, assault and rape has been accompanied by a dogged insistence that the women accusers could not be lying, predatory, or motivated by malice or financial gain. This is a curious revision of history, in which the women who prompted up to one third of all the lynchings that occurred in the United States through false accusations of rape, are suddenly evolved beyond their sisters of an earlier age.

[Democrats, all of them]

The trouble with women is that they are human beings, and human beings have a terrible capacity to be flawed, often egregiously so. Culturally, we have little problem accepting that men can be malevolent, predatory and exploitative, because we understand that men are human beings. We have considerably more difficulty accepting that women are human beings, too.

Some of the men accused of harassment and assault may very well be guilty. They are all being subject to the digital mob, lynched in cyberspace. How many of the lynched men of the South were innocent? Has mob justice ever meted out a fair and just reward?

The strange fruit that once hung abundantly from the poplar trees should remind us that women can, and do lie.
Women lie.

But men die.

Racist Reversion to the Mean... Or Less

Jeff Sessions' Justice Department goes after affirmative action's institutional racism

Admissions programs frustrate accountability because schools wield “holistic review” as a shield to frustrate scrutiny, judicial or otherwise. Holistic review can serve as a cover for the illegitimate use of race.

For example, Princeton professor Thomas Espenshade found that Asian students applying to selective private colleges are six times less likely to be admitted than Hispanic students with the same academic qualifications and 16 times less likely than black students. And despite being the fastest-growing population in America, Asians are admitted at Ivy League schools in remarkably similar numbers and percentages year-to-year.

That’s strong evidence that schools are discriminating based on race. It all hearkens to the less-than-illustrious history of the so-called Harvard Plan, which began as an alternative to explicitly capping the number of Jewish students.

Those are the sorts of things that the Justice Department should look into. Government lawyers must open the “holistic” black box and hold administrators’ feet to the constitutional fire. And that’s before we even get into the harm to the beneficiaries of racial preferences!
"Holistic selection" is merely Social Justice Class War in action. The designated "Victimhood" Class members will get preference despite their below-mean capabilities. And that is at the expense of above-mean applicants that are not in the "Victimhood" Class. The clue to the truth of this is the approval from SCOTUS for driving for "diversity" in student populations (qualifications become secondary to ideology). And true to Leftist/Democrat Uber-Racist history, diversity means discrimination based on skin tone and genetic heritage.

As a result, the reputations of universities and their "education" value suffers. More importantly, those who are graduated without receiving any increase in thinking skills find themselves thwarted when attempting to join the real world.

When the Fortune100 Electronics company I was working for back in the '70s made its attempt at Affirmative Action hiring, I got to see first hand the disaster which ensued. Every summer, the corporation hired from a class of graduating electrical engineers, and put them into a year of quarterly training rotations through various areas in the company (a really good deal for fresh graduates). The year of the AA hiring, graduating black engineers got the AA treatment. But they didn't know anything. Not only did they not know the basics of electricity (even not knowing Ohm's Law), they had no idea of the world itself. One might not know where the Nile River is, but thinking that France is in England is inexcusable.

For the first time, the corporation laid off the entire group of new graduate hires - all of them. It was obvious, although not stated, that the entire class had to go to avoid any semblance of racial discrimination. It would not have been racially motivated of course, because it was based on competence level and ability to perform. But the entire group of new hires paid the price.

Affirmative Action punishes the capable at the expense of the incapable. It is an equalitarian tactic for reversion to the mean, in the sense of "No Child Left Behind", which obviously means that the intelligent are sacrificed to the level and benefit of the least intelligent, and the education materials are designed thus. The runners must walk at the speed of the wheelchair.

The ONLY justification for this is Diversity, as if saddling the acute with the pace of the obtuse is some sort of benefit to education. There is no wonder that home schooling has morphed into home school complexes where students are individuals who are treated as such.

Remembering When a Democrat President Incarcerated American Citizens of Japanese Origin

The debate will never end, in part due to the Democrat lie regarding the temporary ban of 6 out of some 47 or so Muslim nations. It's not a ban on Muslims. It's not even permanent. But that is the lie - read it all.
A chilling moment to mark the 75th anniversary of the executive order that led to Japanese American internment

He’s 94 years old and still clearly remembers.

Tokuji Yoshihashi remembers Japan’s 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor and wondering what would happen to Americans like him who looked like the enemy. He soon found out.

Exactly 75 years ago Sunday, President Franklin D. Roosevelt signed Executive Order 9066, which paved the way for the incarceration of Yoshihashi and 120,000 other Japanese Americans in desolate camps scattered across deserts and swampland. Yoshihashi remembers his anxiety at being locked up and the shock of seeing the barbed wire and armed military guards at his camp in Gila River, Ariz.

He left camp in 1944 to fight for the country he still loved as a member of the U.S. Army’s celebrated 100th Infantry Battalion/442nd Regimental Combat Team, a segregated unit of second-generation Japanese Americans known as Nisei. The battles were brutal — one comrade threw himself on a grenade to protect fellow soldiers in the 1945 fight to break the German Gothic Line in Italy.

But Yoshihashi still remembers, with pride, President Harry S. Truman’s words to his fighting unit: “You fought not only the enemy, but you fought prejudice — and you won.”

Today, however, the aging veteran wonders what his service to safeguard American freedoms and civil rights means at a time of President Trump and his executive order banning the entry of citizens from seven Muslim-majority countries.

“I hope they’re not being wasted,” Yoshihashi said of the veterans’ sacrifices during a recent interview in his San Gabriel home. “That order to ban all the Muslims … I don’t think that’s right.”

The uneasy parallels between two presidents and two executive orders singling out a class of people were repeatedly invoked Saturday at a packed Little Tokyo forum about the 75th anniversary of the signing of Executive Order 9066.

“As Japanese Americans who were directly affected by incarceration, we have a particular moral obligation to remind people that measures like the Muslim ban are not just unconstitutional, they are un-American,” former U.S. Rep. Norman Mineta said in a statement delivered to the forum. “They … undermine the very thing that sets our country apart: our enduring commitment to freedom and justice for all.”

The Democrats Have Seceded Before...

They should remember how that turned out for them (but they won't).
‘I Won’
The Left will not enjoy living with its own precedents.

As Charles C. W. Cooke pointed out, the same people who until ten minutes ago denounced federalism — which they mischaracterize as the doctrine of ‘states’ rights’ — as an instrument for the suppression of African Americans are now embracing secession, which, in the American context at least, has a little bit of its own racial baggage.”
Democrats seceded in order to keep slavery, lost the Civil War and still persecuted blacks for the following century, after which they put them on the welfare plantation, using them just for votes.

The Democrats are fine with States Rights, secession, racial bigotry, and lying lawlessness of all types so long as its Democrats who are doing it. Voting for Hillary is empirical proof of that. So whatever they do next just might look like 1860 as they blindly, obstinately led up to the Civil War.

That's what it takes to contain them: guidance into civility using whatever violence is necessary, and sometimes it is a LOT of violence because they listen only to themselves.

Leftists and Democrats: Still Racist at the Core

Sanders' own national press secretary was treated badly due to race.
"MH: Last time we spoke, you told me about some really frustrating experiences you had on the road that you felt were definitely related to being a woman of color. Do you want to talk a little bit about those?

SS: There were multiple instances. There were places where I literally I couldn't get in. I would go to the door, the staff entrance, and people would say, "This is staff only." I'd have to explain to them that I was staff, and they would question me. I would have to say, "I'm the national press secretary. Did you watch me on the news the other day?" It was consistently happening. There was one week where it happened the entire week.

My breaking point was a time when I had let the event staff know I was having trouble getting in places and asked them if they could just really make an extra effort for this particular day, because it had been a long week. Like, "Could you please just let folks know that I'm coming and that I'm black?" You don't think you'd have to say those things, but I said, "Let them know there's going to be a black girl that's going to come to the front and please let her in."

So I got past the first few checkpoints, but then I pulled into a parking spot and a gentleman came running up to my car, banging on my window, yelling all kinds of profanity and expletives, telling me to get the F out of here, this is for staff, and that I didn't belong back here. I broke down in the car. I cracked my window down and I said, "I'm the national press secretary!" I was just crying. Eventually someone came down and let me in."
Apparently even Sanders was appalled at the party's discrimination.

Remember always: slavery, Jim Crow discrimination, the KKK, all are legacy Democrat functions. Anti-slavery, anti-discrimination, anti-KKK all are Republican legacies. The Civil Rights Acts were all opposed by Democrats right up to and including the 1964 landmark legislation passed by Republicans - and immediately claimed by Democrats under Lyndon Johnson, who then gave the blacks perpetual welfare to buy their votes. Blacks have been bought off ever since, despite not progressing out of their Democrat ghetto-plantations.

A Simple Computer Algorithm Could Write This Script For Race Riot Support

Fomenting the race war is what the Democrat Party does. It always has; it always will.
Lynch to Dallas protesters: ‘Do not be discouraged’
Attorney General Loretta Lynch on Friday encouraged protesters not to allow the “heinous violence” that occurred in Dallas to silence their “important” voices.

Hillary Clinton Blames Whites, Cops for Deaths of Young Black Men
Hillary Clinton used a CNN interview on Friday to completely embrace the Democrats’ claim that white people and cops must change to help reduce the number of African-Americans killed in tense exchanges with cops.

“I will call for white people, like myself, to put ourselves in the shoes of those African-American families who fear every time their children go somewhere, who have to have ‘The Talk,’ about, you now, how to really protect themselves [from police], when they’re the ones who should be expecting protection from encounters with police,” Clinton told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer.

Obama Pushes More Federal Oversight of Cops After Dallas Attack on Cops
President Barack Obama is harnessing the increasing attacks on police — and the periodic shootings of people by stressed cops — to push his agenda to federalize state and local police forces.

“I want to start moving on constructive actions that are actually going to make a difference,” he said during his evening press conference in Poland when he was asked about the Dallas attack.

Those actions, he said, would be based on the recommendations of the panel that he picked after the 2014 street riots in Ferguson, Missouri. The panel offered “practical concrete solutions that can reduce — if not eliminate — the problems of racial bias,” Obama said.

The dramatic shootings are an opportunity to push that agenda, Obama said. “If my voice has been true and positive, my hope would be that… [the panel] surfaces problems, it frames them, it allows us to wrestle with these issue and try to come up with practical solutions,” he said.

Racism Is A Democrat Value, And Always Has Been

The Democrats conceal their history and their intentions. In 1965 they converted from overt repression of blacks to covert use of welfare largesse to keep them suppressed and voting as a class - the Victimhood Class. I have copied this entire calendar mostly for my own information; read as far as you need to understand the actual values of Democrats.
Actual History: Republicans Pass Anti-KKK Act – Outlawing Democratic Terrorist Groups

by Jim Hoft

On September 28, 1868, a mob of Democrats massacred nearly 300 African-American Republicans in Opelousas, Louisiana. The savagery began when racist Democrats attacked a newspaper editor, a white Republican and schoolteacher for ex-slaves. Several African-Americans rushed to the assistance of their friend, and in response, Democrats went on a “Negro hunt,” killing every African-American (all of whom were Republicans) in the area they could find. (Via Grand Old Partisan)

On April 20, 1871 the Republicans passed the anti-Ku Klux Klan Act outlawing Democratic terrorist groups.

Moving into the Lyndon Johnson era, here’s some background:

Johnson had a long history of voting with the south against civil rights, and prior to 1957 he voted 100% with the South, including voting against the Civil Rights Acts of 1957 and 1960.

After the Civil Rights Acts, the southern Dixiecrats who opposed civil rights, dissolved and most returned to the Democrat party, although if you listen to Democrat rhetoric you would think all Dixiecrats became Republicans. Some did, but most did not, and to name a few that did not: Richard Russel, Mendell Rivers, William Fulbright, Robert Byrd, Fritz Hollings and Al Gore, Sr., the father of former VP Al Gore.

William Fulbright was the left of the Left, stauch apologist for Stalin, and mentor of the first Black president, Bill Clinton. Fulbright was a Dixiecrat and a life-long Democrat.

The following is a portion of commentary from Paul Weyrich at Newsmax in 2004:

Prior to 1936 those Blacks who could vote generally supported Republican Presidential candidates. The GOP was the party of Abraham Lincoln, after all. Even Franklin Roosevelt’s New Deal failed to completely break the bond between Blacks and the GOP. Ike received strong support from Black voters in 1952 and 1956. Then came the 1960 election. John F. Kennedy, no strong civil rights crusader before and even during most of his presidency, did make a special and emotion appeal to the Black community by telephoning coretta Scott King after her husband, the Rev. Martin Luther King, had been jailed. It worked, helping him to carry a majority of black votes.

Senator John F. Kennedy had opportunities to vote on the Civil Rights Act of 1957, but instead voted to send it to the Senate Judiciary Committee. Instead, the vote happened and it passed with the help of Republicans, even if the bil was not all it could have been. After becoming president, JFK introduced NO new civil rights proposals.

June 9, 1964: Republicans condemn 14-hour filibuster against 1964 Civil Rights Act by Democrat Senator Strom Thurmond and U.S. Senator and former Ku Klux Klansman Robert Byrd (D-WV), who served in the U.S. Senate until his death in mid-2010.

June 10, 1964: Senate Minority Leader Everett Dirksen (R-IL) criticizes Democrat filibuster against 1964 Civil Rights Act, calls on Democrats to stop opposing racial equality

The Civil Rights Act of 1964 was introduced and approved by a majority of Republicans in the Senate. The Act was opposed by most southern Democrat senators, several of whom were proud segregationists—one of them being Al Gore Sr. Democrat President Lyndon B. Johnson relied on Illinois Senator Everett Dirksen, the Republican leader from Illinois, to get the Act passed.

Hispanic Leftist Assert Their Own Racism Overtly and Obviously

From Ann:
Ironically, talking like that, they sound like traitors to American culture.

"Liberal Hispanic activists assail Rubio, Cruz as 'traitors' to their culture."

I'm using my "liberalism" tag, but what they are saying does not deserve the word "liberalism."

The OED defines "liberalism" as "Support for or advocacy of individual rights, civil liberties, and reform tending towards individual freedom, democracy, or social equality; a political and social philosophy based on these principles... Freedom from bias, prejudice, or bigotry; open-mindedess, tolerance; (Polit.) liberal left-wing political views and policies." Only that last part, "liberal left-wing political views and policies," applies. I should just use my "left-wing ideology" tag. Avoid the confusion.
So if hispanics are expected to obey US laws, it is treason. That is racist flat-out. But that is in line with the history of the Democrat Party, which has been racist for generations. Why stop now?

A Tale of Two Souths

One, the Democrat South; the current one, Republican.
Horror Drove Her From South. 100 Years Later, She Returned.

"When she was 7, her family fled Ellisville amid talk of lynchings. On to Illinois, where white mobs rioted. To Ohio, where the Klan raised torches. To western New York, where she and her steelworker husband had nine children, and the one miscarriage she always includes in her account.

Now, after many decades of saying she didn’t even want to see Mississippi on a map, Ms. Kirkland was here for the first time since 1915. Here in Ellisville."
Read it there, it's worth it.

It's Simple: Increased Racism is Due to Racists With Power.

Obama and Holder are directly responsible for the race riots. They immediately cried "racism" and effectively went silent when the facts were otherwise. Obama's son-he-never-had was a strong-arm robber and a thug intent on murdering an officer with his own gun. But the narrative wasn't stopped: "hands up! Don't shoot!"; "black lives [only] matter!". The causal chain goes straight to the highest offices in the land, and two racist Democrats.
Holder’s Hatchet Job
Another look at the Justice Department’s misguided Ferguson report, which caps the former attorney general’s legacy of racial divisiveness

"One lesson should have been driven home from the shooting of Michael Brown by Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson in August 2014: racial interpretations of complex events are dangerous. The media and Eric Holder’s Justice Department initially cast Wilson as a racist who shot an innocent black youth. They were, as we now know, flat wrong. Not only did a state grand jury decline to prosecute Wilson last fall, but the Justice Department itself backtracked and recommended against federal prosecution. The evidence confirmed that Wilson acted in self-defense and didn’t provide a whiff of support for allegations of anti-black bias.

Nevertheless, it bears recalling that the racial narrative did serious damage. It sowed mistrust of police around the nation, especially among African-Americans. The antipolice protests and the shootings of police officers, in Brooklyn last year, in Ferguson this year, and most recently in Houston, were byproducts of the poisoned atmosphere created by the campaign against allegedly racist law enforcement. Perhaps unsurprisingly, shooting deaths of law enforcers spiked 52 percent in 2014, declining in 2015 as tensions eased. (Forty-seven on-duty officers died from intentional gunfire in 2014, compared with 31 the previous year. Twenty-four died as of the end of August 2015, which at the same rate would result in 36 deaths for the year.)"

The Racism of Abortion

Do black lives really matter? Or just a few black lives?
"OHIO DEM STATE REP: ‘BLACK LIVES MATTER’ CROWD SHOULD PROTEST PLANNED PARENTHOOD:
“Five thousand, four hundred and ninety-nine abortions are in Cuyahoga County, which I happen to represent,” Patmon said in a speech Tuesday. “And 63 percent of them are black women.”
Video at link. As Moe Lane adds, African-Americans have serious moral issues with abortion. It doesn’t stop African-Americans from voting for Democrats, obviously – but their personal attitudes on abortion still remain. So the Democrats are playing with some serious fire, here. Because you may have noticed that the crowd was firmly in agreement with state Representative Patmon on all of this…”
From Instapundit
Blacks killed in abortions and blacks killed by other blacks don't matter. There is no protest for any of them. Only the racist assertion that just those blacks killed by whites, THOSE are the black lives that matter.

This is Leftist and black racism, openly exposed for all to observe.

A Little Democrat Party History

It's no wonder that the Left always rewrites and sanitizes the history books. It's all part of their "invisibility" program.

Had the Democrats won the Civil War, they would still be holding blacks as personal possessions in slavery. It really is that simple.

Instead, the Democrats own a Class of blacks in indentured servitude by virtue of their plantation programs of minimal subsistence for votes, and perpetual racist lies about phantom racism by non-Democrats.

But now the Democrats are illegally importing replacements for their blacks-in-servitude by leaving the borders open for even cheaper voters.

Always remember these words from the execrable Lyndon Baines Johnson:
"I'll have them niggers voting Democratic for two hundred years."

Said to two governors regarding the Civil Rights Act of 1964, according to then-Air Force One steward Robert MacMillan. As quoted in Kessler, Ronald (1996). Inside the White House. New York: Simon and Schuster. p. 33. ISBN 0671879197. Retrieved on 5 July 2014.
And,
"These Negroes, they’re getting pretty uppity these days and that’s a problem for us since they’ve got something now they never had before, the political pull to back up their uppityness. Now we’ve got to do something about this, we’ve got to give them a little something, just enough to quiet them down, not enough to make a difference."

Said to Senator Richard Russell, Jr. (D-GA) regarding the Civil Rights Act of 1957. As quoted in Goodwin, Doris Kearns (1977). Lyndon Johnson and the American Dream. New York: New American Library. p. 155. ISBN 0451140826. Retrieved on 5 July 2014."
And,
"Let's face it. Our ass is in a crack. We're gonna have to let this nigger bill pass."

Said to Senator John Stennis (D-MS) during debate on the Civil Rights Act of 1957. As quoted in Caro, Robert A. (2002). The Years of Lyndon Johnson: Master of the Senate, Volume 3. New York: Knopf. p. 954. ISBN 0394528360. Retrieved on 6 January 2015.

Democrats Must Apologize For Their History of Slavery, Jim Crow, Ku Klux Klan, and Century of Apartheid Visited On American Blacks

From the American Spectator (read it all, this is just a sampling):
Will Democrats Apologize for Slavery and Segregation?

"You, Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz, along with President Obama and former Secretary Clinton, talk of what happened in Charleston by mentioning the need to discuss “race bigotry and violence” (you), or saying of racism that “societies don't, overnight, completely erase everything that happened 200 to 300 years prior” (President Obama) or calling the Charleston attack “an act of racist terror” (Secretary Clinton). But somehow you never get around to saying just who was doing all of this — your political party. The Democrats.

In fact, as I noted here in 2008, the Democratic National Committee — on the eve of the Obama nomination — went out of its way to deliberately erase a full fifty years of Democratic Party history from the official DNC website. What was erased? All reference to your party’s role in slavery, segregation, lynching, and the rest. Those platforms that supported slavery, mentioned above? The number of Democrats who occupied the White House while owning slaves? The platforms that supported segregation — and the Democratic presidents, senators, governors and more who supported segregation? The tie between Democrats and the Klan? All of this and more was simply gone from your website — deliberately and willfully hidden from voters while trying to leave the impression that your party was a historically enthusiastic supporter of civil rights. Which, to understate, is not true.

Amid all the tragedy of Charleston, I would suggest that it is finally time for the Democratic Party — the party you chair — to come forward and admit its role in this long-running national horror. It’s time — way, way past time — for an apology. An apology directly from the leaders of the Democratic Party to black Americans, not to mention the rest of the country, for what your party has done.

And instead of raising all those millions for the next election? How about raising some millions from all your rich donors to pay black Americans for the damage you have done to them since the inception of your slavery/segregation and race-based party in 1800?"
The Democrats were formed as a political party based solely on support for racism and its, yes, "national horror". It is different now only in its tactics, not in its foundational premises. (Remember that abortion was founded on racist attempts to reduce the number of blacks; abortion is still focused heavily on blacks, as is the destruction of black families through welfare policies).
