Soros Funded Violence at Berkeley Blamed on Milo Yiannopolis

‘Refuse Fascism’ Group Behind Berkeley Riot Received $50k from George Soros
More here:
Look Who Funds The Group Behind The Call To Arms At Milo’s Berkeley Event

And on its Facebook page, the group asserted that the vandalism and arson were not “violence.” Instead, the group argued that Yiannopoulos and Trump perpetrate violence through the policies they support.

“Dismantling police fences is not violent. And to compare preventing someone like that from speaking to the real-world violence that they perpetuate everyday is ludicrous,” reads one post on the group’s Facebook page.

And of course, this:

UC Berkeley Professor [Robert Reich, of course]: Breitbart News/Milo Yiannopoulos Responsible for Riots
Oh Yes: contrary opinions always cause riots these days, don't they. Milo should know that only Leftist claptrap Narrative is allowed peaceful entry to the sacred campus of Leftist idiocy and Leftist terrorism.

The Left Quivers in Fear and Hate

YAWN: Americans who voted against Trump are feeling unprecedented dread and despair.
They've treated dissent with contempt and indignities for so long that they thought it was a Right. Their special Right, because they are so special. They've marginalized the US Constitution by the use of judicial activism. They've destroyed higher education through the elimination of core intellectual competency courses and substituted Marxist Class studies, and the institution of irrational Marxist rules for student behaviors. They've attacked Pizza Parlors, sandwich shops and bakeries. They sue small towns and schools to eliminate religion, and install Atheism, aka Secularism. They have invaded government like unchecked termites, infecting nearly all federal agencies with Leftist agendas and Leftist activists.

Now they believe that it's their turn to get the same treatment which they've been giving the rest of us. They imagine the hordes they've deemed stupid-flyover-clinger-irredeemable-deplorables will now be enabled to do to them that which they've done and imagined they would do... to us.

We'll see. Let 'em sweat. Let them whine. Let them quiver in fear and mourn for the "future they've lost" and the "new hopelessness". Let them shrink back to normal size. They deserve at least that.

However the usual "deplorable" process is to treat the anarchic, abominable Left with kid gloves and kindness - as if they will learn compassion and tolerance and will respond in kind. They respond, alright. But only in their own anarchic and abominable natural Marxist Class War fashion.

Perhaps they should be treated as decent, moral, tolerant people. But they aren't decent, moral, tolerant; they are vicious, violent and threatening to social order - as any US Elector can document. They will have to be, at a minimum, contained.

Now it's up to us. We must not shrink from that responsibility.

Marilyn Mosby Might Not Be Above The Law

Prosecutors seem to get away with lawlessness themselves these days. Marilyn Mosby rode roughshod over the officers involved in the Freddie Gray death, and made outrageous statements to the black community. The entire episode is ongoing, and has affected law enforcement in many cities outside Baltimore. Cops became afraid of prosecution and prison if something goes wrong with a bust.

Now Mosby has been the recipient of a complaint to the Bar Association regarding her false allegations and persecution of the officers. The official complaint is HERE. According to the complaint, Mosby violated a number of the Maryland Lawyer's Rules of Professional Conduct.

Not the least of her failures was to prosecute without adequate evidence of a crime. Two of the officers, including the driver of the van, have had their cases dismissed. The complaint against Mosby includes this:
The case against Officer Goodson is also especially important because it seemed to many quoted observers - and also upon an independent examination - to be the strongest case the prosecutors have against any of the officers. For example, it involves the most serious of all the charges (“depraved indifference”), and apparently the most charges: (1) second-degree depraved-heart murder; (2)involuntary manslaughter; (3) grossly negligent act; (4) assault; (5) manslaughter by motor vehicle;(6) grossly negligent driving; (7) criminally negligent manslaughter; (8) misconduct in office, by corruptly failing to do an act that is required by the duties of his office; and (9) reckless endangerment.

Thus their failure to present sufficient evidence to sustain even one of these many charges - and, in the opinion of Judge Williams, to even come close to doing so - shows that the prosecutors should have known that they lacked probable cause for many if not all of the charges, and that the evidence was insufficient to support a conviction on many if not all charges. And, if this is in fact their strongest case, it would follow that they likewise lack probable cause and sufficient evidence to sustain a conviction regarding the other still-to-be-tried (or retried) cases against other officers.

A third reason why the findings regarding Officer Goodson are especially important is that Goodson,as the driver of the van, was the central figure in this matter; the single person around which all of
the other defendants interacted. Thus, in a very real sense, any criminal liability of the other defendants would appear to be derivative from, and/or interconnected with, that of Goodson. In other words, if with regard to Goodson there is no probable cause for most if not all of the charges against him, and if there is insufficient evidence to sustain these charges against him, it would appear even more strongly that the same would apply with greater strength to the other remaining officers.

A final reason why the Goodson decision is so important is that it clearly established - in what would appear to now constitute the “law of the case” with regard to all officers - that several legal theories upon which the prosecutors were heavily relying for their cases against other officers were not valid. For example, the court firmly rejected the suggestion that the mere failure to use seat belts - even if it might constitute a violation of a new rule - would rise to the level of a crime and/or support convictions of crimes such as “misconduct in office.”
Mosby is a terrorist using her power against the police.

The Left Is Dangerous For Gays

Some Gay Voters Say It's 'Dangerous' to Come Out for Trump

But while Eric is a vocal Trump supporter, he declined to provide his last name due to fear of violence or "doxxing," the malicious publication of a private citizen's personal information online.

"When you put your name out on a national level as supporting someone who attracts that much vitriol and disgust, you're putting yourself up for doxxing ... Especially for someone like me who's considered a 'traitor,'" added Eric, who is a member of LGBTrump, an online network for LGBTQ people who support the GOP presidential hopeful.

So will gay Republicans be wearing Trump 2016 t-shirts and "Make America Great Again" hats at LGBTQ Pride events this year? Eric said it's unlikely.

"It's easy to come out of the closet," he said. "It's dangerous to come out as a Trump supporter."
Doxxing is a form of terrorism. It makes you vulnerable to harm due to your thought crimes.

The American Left of the '70s and '80s: Thousands of Bombings and Domestic Terrorism

Terrorists and killers like Ayers and Dohrn have only profited from their terrorism in that era. The Leftist MSM has placed all of that history in the memory hole, possibly because today's journalists weren't even alive at the time, but also because they share the cultural marxism of those terror groups. Cultural marxism has gone mainstream.

There is documentation of those American Leftist Terrorist hate killings, in a book which is reviewed here: Days of Rage:

"Here is Burrough’s account of the SLA’s professed goals: “It sought to abolish prisons, marriage, and rent while attacking ‘racism, sexism, ageism, capitalism, fascism, individualism, possessiveness, competitiveness and all other institutions that have sustained capitalism.'” Plus ça change…

The groups whose story Burrough tells conducted a campaign that included thousands of bombings and many horrible murders, yet most have been entirely forgotten. Why? In his epilogue, Burrough gives the penultimate word to Joseph Connor. On his ninth birthday Connor lost his father in the 1975 bombing of the Fraunces Tavern by the FALN in New York City. Burrough notes that “what truly drives [Connor] ‘mental’ is the notion that modern terrorism on U.S. soil dates only far aback as the first attack on the World Trade Center in 1993. ‘That gets me every time,’ he says. ‘To think that America thinks none of this ever happened, that it’s not ever remembered, it’s astounding to me. You know, I blame the media. The media was more than happy to let all this go. These were not the kinds of terrorists the liberal media wanted us to remember, because they share a lot of the same values. They were terrorists. They were just the wrong brand. My father was murdered by the wrong politics. So they were let off the hook. That what we’re left with today, a soft view of these people, when they were as hardened as anybody. They were just terrorists. Flat-out terrorists.'”

• Burrough also notes that Bill Clinton pardoned 16 of the 18 FALN terrorists convicted in the group’s two bombing campaigns; the other two convicted FALN members rejected Clinton’s offer of pardon. Debra Burlingame condemned these “terror pardons” in a superb 2008 Wall Street Journal column. Kudos to Bryan Burrough for remembering these events in a book that makes it more difficult for us to forget again."
