Atheism, the Belief.

Sarcasm. Or is it? Atheists frequently denounce "beliefs" and claim that they have none. This is untrue, of course. An example frequently mentioned around here is abiogenesis, which is the belief that the first life considered necessary under evolutionary theory must somehow have jumped together from inertness. The other possibility is rejected out of hand under the terms of functional materialism. So atheo-bio-evolutionary theorists have no choice but to believe that abiogenesis did in fact happen. The dishonest part comes when they deny that.

The more honest of the Atheisti will claim that science will in fact know the answer to the riddle of first life... some day. And of course they believe themselves when they tell each other such things.

Stan,
Pardon me for writing to this comment section but I could not find an e-address for you.
There is something that I wish to discuss with you regarding collaboration on atheism related issues.
