You give no data to support that.
Assertions such as those without evidence can be dismissed w/o evidence, if one adheres to Hitchens theorem.
But if we assume that to be true, the remaining scandals and government abuse following Obama's "gun to a knife fight" and "I'll have the IRS audit you" and "most transparent gov't evah" followed by specific persecution of inspectors general and whistle blowers and leakers, and hundreds of other abuses of power make Obama the most abusive executive of my lifetime at least.
Clinton and Carter were no match, although Nixon and LBJ came close, although not with abuse of their political opponents and the American citizenry in general.
Nonetheless, the commenter was declaring what he would do or not do, not what previous presidents did or did not do. So such criticism misses the mark because it is a black and white fallacy.
For example, Obama's travel has been largely for partisan fund raising; his vacations were lavish, not unlike the French royalty: a thumb in the eye of the unemployed, including his own constituents.

The AtheoLeft is so self-enamored that any criticism at all is an offense that must be attacked with their only actual weapon: deprecation, usually either by obvious fallacy, faux moral outrage (they have no fixed morals), or by childish ridicule. They are ever willing to demonstrate those traits.

Yes, this is good. But it targets only defense, which the Left hates. What about fraud on Wall Street and the monster banks? Obamacare is a tax hike, as was declared by the US Supreme Court; it is so onerous a cost increase on Americans that the major unions are fighting to not be included, and the Obama administration has put off the implementation of parts of it until after the next election to conceal the financial hurt from the low information voters.
Obama has succeeded in creating the largest poverty population in the US yet as seen by the number of new indigents who are on food stamps. This has been done by threatening small businesses, denying that the owners even created them (ostensibly the gov’t did?), and forcing businesses of all stripes to go to part-time employees to avoid the punishment of the government healthcare. Not to mention freezing hiring due to the threats of healthcare punishments.
Student loans are a tacit collusion between government and universities to fatten universities at the expense of students who are left with massive loans and no jobs. Universities need not be fiscally responsible, they merely raise prices unconscionably, and the government colludes by lending the extra to students. University corruption is another bubble which cannot survive and which is abetted by the government cronies. Guess who universities and their staffs support?
The minor good that Obama has done is vastly outweighed by the ill he has done. It started immediately when he eliminated the chances for black students in DC who excelled in school to go to better schools on vouchers, an existing program which Obama nuked the first week in office. He declared the most transparent government ever on his daily TV orgy and then went straight into a closed door meeting with his cronies. He has been an example to blacks and minorities… showing them that lying, dishonesty and lack of a moral base, and refusing to disclose personal history will get them power. Along with Holder he has been a racially divisive force, injecting himself personally into local issues to exacerbate racial tension. He has maintained, along with Congress, a sexist compensation policy, paying women less than men (except perhaps Michelle’s BFF). He has refused to enforce several Laws of the Land, thereby violating his oath of office. His henchmen have used the full force of the US government to persecute American citizens because of their perceived political tendencies toward constitutional law, in direct violation of the First Amendment. He is an Alinsky acolyte, having taught “Rules For Radicals” as a community organizer. He used ACORN to corrupt the election process. He defends the spying on Americans by NSA, which we are discovering to have been deeper than ever considered believable, even in the movies. He has fired the inspectors general who revealed the corruption in Obama and his pack. He has ignored the murders of hundreds under his administration's failed policies (gun walking; Benghazi).
(This can go on indefinitely, should I continue? Or is the point sufficiently made?)
I almost forgot: the most transparent adminstration evah required survivors of the Benghazi debacle to sign non-disclosures, apparently to avoid testamony on the administration's valiant actions that day.
