...ObamaCare defenders accused opponents of being heartless killers who didn’t care about the uninsured? Stopping ObamaCare would have done more to prevent people from being uninsured than anything else we could have done — including, probably, making ObamaCare work as advertised, which is looking increasingly implausible.
It’s layer after layer of disaster — like peeling an onion of fail! — and why? Because: “They were running the biggest start-up in the world, and they didn’t have anyone who had run a start-up, or even run a business.”

Quotes of the Day:
Romneycare is a "model that will work for the nation." - Gov. Mitt Romney
Romneycare is "a model for getting everyone insured." - Gov. Mitt Romney
"I'm very proud of what we did", regarding Romneycare - Gov. Mitt Romney
You are certainly hung up on Mitt Romney. Romney vetoed 8 of the bill's sections and was over-ridden all 8 times by the Democrat legislature. However, despite that, I disavow Romney as any sort of conservative, responsible Republican, since he is one of the infamous RINOs, along with the previous Republican candidate for president, John McCain.
Both Romney and McCain should have their Republican membership revoked, so they can become the Democrats which they already are at heart. And Chris Christie too.
The term "RINO" reminds me of atheist infighting, when they begin talking about their peers being "faitheists" and "accomodationists". You know, atheists who aren't True Atheists (tm).
All this does is split the vote, causing the opposing party to win all the elections.
I don't trust either party. The two-party system needs to go away.
Wishing the two party system away is not useful. Playing the hand you're dealt is necessary.
The nation is divided by philosophy.
On the one hand is liberty, fiscal, social and personal responsibility.
On the other hand is government regulation, fiat money, the Kinseyan spectrum of tolerated normalized behaviors, and messiah/victim codependence.
The parties are secondary to the philosophies. They merely line up under the philosophies, although the Republicans tend to cower and concede under political pressure.
But so long as political lines are divided primarily along a two-party system, if one were to dissolve, we'd have a one-party dictatorship.
