Obama disobeys his ObamaCare Law, yet again. But not for individuals. That's probably coming, though. Here's what won't happen: delaying the law until hell freezes over. But it should, because that's when the website will be fixed, it appears.
Executive disobedience of laws, and executive legislation, are both ample cause for impeachment. Maybe in 2015? He's got quite a history in that regard.
