In the previous post I reported on the breakup of the USA forecast by Russian analyst, Igor Panarin. So it is not sedition to consider the merits or demerits of his published opinion. It occurred to me that there would be a great many ways to accomplish his projection of a breakup other than his method.
So I am asking you to contribute your thoughts as to how the breakup of the USA would occur, given that the cause for the breakup was actually philosophical, specifically the issue of Positive Rights (bestowed by the state) vs. Negative Rights (bestowed by Creator). The issue of human rights is fundamental, and could be the polarizing issue to result in a rift, especially with Obama's penchant for Positive Rights and his mandate for "change".
Take it from there. What would happen?
