George Soros galloped into Copenhagen with a plan to save the world: Since the measly 10 billion dollars allocated to third world green industry isn't near enough, Soros wants the International Monetary Fund, IMF, to pony up 100 billion dollars for those countries. (This year Obama signed a bill funding IMF $108 billion.)
Here's my bet: I bet George and Al Gore both have heavy investments riding on this. This might just be a sure thing. Where do I sign up?
