Says Habeeb:

Occasionally the Left's narrative gets a little stale and needs some rage to pep it up. George Zimmerman sounded like a white guy at first. The self-righteous outrage was intially based on that assumption; it had to be band-aided into "white hispanic" to salvage the grievous racial error and keep the narrative afloat.

Of course, Zimmerman is one quarter black, which is only 1/4 off of Obama's claim to blackness. Even Obama's real children are only 3/4 black. But Zimmerman is not black enough, so he fits the narrative of "white Hispanic", although that is rationally meaningless. Maybe if he were a quarter more black, then it wouldn't have caused the leftist racist ruckus. The Left cares only about race (unless they're on about some other perceived white male crime); they're perpetually silent about the 63 blacks murdered since Trayvon was shot while pounding Zimmerman's head into the concrete. That's because those were shot by other blacks, in the Democrat plantations. No narrative support from that.

Tavis Smiley told ABC that "it's open season on black men in this country". He's actually part right: in the welfare plantations, it does seem to be open season on blacks, by blacks. That's not what Smiley meant, of course. Apparently Smiley and the hysterical Leftists think that we - like their own followers - don't have any access to the actual news of the world. Anyone who actually does have that access and is not a guided drone of the Left would know who black men should fear, and it is not whites.

Helen Thomas: Promoter of Palestinian Hegemony Over Jews and Israel

I have been challenged to support my characterization of Helen Thomas as fascist. I will do that.

Helen Thomas was the first woman to do many things in journalism. She achieved acclaim merely due to that, but mostly due to her longevity as a White House correspondent. She did perform, apparently, as journalists are supposed to, by asking some hard questions now and again.

She has been given two types of legacy: one by the Left, and one by the Jews she despised.

She probably deserves both.

My take is that she had a strong emotional affiliation with the Palestinians which was somehow associated with her (admitted) Syrian/Lebanese heritage. Her placement in the White House and her long and close association with people in world-wide power gave her an extraordinary opportunity to foist her opinions on governmental policy – an abuse of journalism.

In order to understand Thomas and my personal characterization of her attitude, the history of the Palestine / Israeli region must be understood, especially the dominance of the Palestinians by fascist attitudes which they did not have prior to WWII, at least not in the degree to which they were introduced during that period.

Al Husseini, the Uncle of Yasser Arafat, and the Founder of the Muslim Brotherhood:

It is necessary to understand the history of the Palestinians and their relationship to the fascism of Europe. The Palestinians have a fascist history going back to WWII, when Arafat’s uncle, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Mohammad Amin al-Husseini, became an affiliate of Hitler. He was influential in the war with the Muslim Nazis, forming the Muslim Hanzar (Hanchar) Division of the SS in Bosnia.

On 1 March 1944, while speaking on Radio Berlin, al-Husseini said:

'Arabs, rise as one man and fight for your sacred rights. Kill the Jews wherever you find them. This pleases God, history, and religion. This saves your honor. God is with you.'

He retained his influence in the Arab world after the war, being instrumental in the formation of the Arab League. He travelled throughout the Middle East, spreading fascism and antisemitism.

Al Huseini’s nephew, Yasser Arafat – full name: Mohammed Yasser Abdel Rahman Abdel Raouf Arafat al-Qudwa al-Husseini - founded the PLO and FATAH and Black September.

Although they enjoy separate land and self—government, the Palestinians have refused to be granted sovereign statehood several times, because those international promises did not include all of what is now Israel and especially 100% of old Jerusalem in the proposed lands and hands of Palestinians.

The Palestinians remain fascist genocidal anti-Semite terrorists. It should be noted that all nationalities coexist peacefully within Israel’s borders, including Arabs. This is not the case in Palestine. Part of the Palestinian Hamas Charter contains this Qu’ran Hadith:

This is directly preceded in the document by a declaration of association with the Muslim Brotherhood:

It goes back to 1939, to the emergence of the martyr Izz al-Din al Kissam and his brethren the fighters, members of Moslem Brotherhood. It goes on to reach out and become one with another chain that includes the struggle of the Palestinians and Moslem Brotherhood in the 1948 war and the Jihad operations of the Moslem Brotherhood in 1968 and after.”

There is to be no peace with the Jews. Even the concept of “hudna” as a ceasefire is a ploy of Muslim warfare, because it actually refers to a restocking and rearming period.

CAIR in the USA is a part of the Muslim Brotherhood, and is defined as terrorist by FBI Director Robert Mueller, although the Obama administration does not.

Elements of the Muslim Brotherhood, the Islamist group whose ideology has inspired terrorists such as Osama bin Laden, are in the United States and have supported terrorism here and overseas, FBI Director Robert Mueller told a House committee Thursday.

Mueller joined seven other Obama administration intelligence and law enforcement officials at a hearing of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. They spoke of the Brotherhood's U.S. ties as word spread in Egypt that President Hosni Mubarak was prepared to resign. Mubarak has repeatedly said his administration, in place since 1981, is the one thing keeping an Islamic state led by the Brotherhood from taking over Egypt.

While Mueller, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and other witnesses spelled out a variety of threats, they and some committee members highlighted the Brotherhood's ties in the United States. It was a significant departure from earlier hearings, which focused on groups more directly involved with terrorism.

"I'm concerned that the Muslim Brotherhood is using peaceful protests in Egypt for a power grab, and our government doesn't seem to grasp their threat," Rep. Sue Myrick, R-N.C., told the committee and the witnesses. "The Muslim Brotherhood isn't a danger because they are terrorists, but because they push an extremist ideology that causes others to commit acts of terrorism."

Clapper agreed that "there are entities associated with the Muslim Brotherhood here in the United States." Mueller told Myrick that he would provide the committee with greater detail on the Brotherhood's activities in closed session.

However, Clapper also characterized the Brotherhood in Egypt as a mostly secular umbrella organization. "The term 'Muslim Brotherhood'...is an umbrella term for a variety of movements, in the case of Egypt, a very heterogeneous group, largely secular, which has eschewed violence and has decried Al Qaeda as a perversion of Islam," Clapper said in response to a question from Myrick. "They have pursued social ends, a betterment of the political order in Egypt, et cetera.....In other countries, there are also chapters or franchises of the Muslim Brotherhood, but there is no overarching agenda, particularly in pursuit of violence, at least internationally."

Clapper's "secular" reference is odd, given the Brotherhood's motto is "Allah is our objective. The Prophet is our leader. The Qur'an is our law. Jihad is our way. Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope."

In a statement issued after the hearing, Myrick expressed astonishment at Clapper's assessment. ""Either the Administration doesn't know who the Muslim Brotherhood is, which shows incompetence," she said, "or they are apologizing for them, which is inappropriate for those in charge of protecting the American people. Let's be clear – the Muslim Brotherhood is NOT secular."

Mueller and Myrick are right; Clapper is dead wrong, and history was quick to distinguish that fact.

The Palestine-originated Muslim Brotherhood, along with Bin Laden, is instrumental in radicalizing Chechnya, which produced the terrorists who slaughtered some 300 children at Beslan, ( note 2) and produced the Boston Marathon Bombers.

Back to Helen Thomas: She has been a full-throated supporter of the continual Palestinian aggression against Israel, characterizing the Palestinians as victims and Jews as oppressors. For that reason, and the history of Palestinian fascism given above, I associate her with fascist anti-Semitism.

The narrative is always the same: It's all your fault, racist. But Detroit is the poster child for Leftist blacks taking an industrial giant and destroying it, all on their own.

And Obama now IS Trayvon. So he says. Or was several decades ago. Sort of. Not really. Obama is as white as he is black, and he never was a ghetto youth. Except now he is/was/coulda been, or something. Black anguish must be created and then exploited. Never waste a (created) crisis.

The excusability of Victims for their antisocial behaviors is a standard trope in the narrative of the Left. Blacks shooting blacks are not an issue for the narrative except to be excused due to racism. The shooters are Victims, to be pitied as much or more than their real victims. All parties are Victims, then, of racism.

In his book, Intellectuals and Race, Thomas Sowell quotes James Baldwin:

"Baldwin, for example, claimed that blacks took the building of a subsidized housing project in Harlem as "additional proof of how thoroughly the white world despised them" because "People in Harlem know they are living there because white people do not think they are good enough to live anywhere else." Therefore, "they had scarcely moved in" to the new housing project, before "naturally" they began smashing windows, defacing walls, urinating in the elevators, and fornicating in the playgrounds."

From this perspective, anything negative that blacks do is the fault of whites. But however much Baldwin's picture might fit the prevailing vision of the 1960s, anyone who is serious about whether it also fits the facts have to ask such questions as : (1) Was there a time before the 1960s when it was common for blacks to urinate in public areas of buildings where they lived? and if not, (2) was that because they felt that whites had higher regard for them in earlier times?

To ask such questions is to answer them, and the answer in both cases is clearly NO!

Sowell again, on the Myrdal book, An American Dilemma, which set the leftist intellectual stage:

"If heredity was the reigning orthodoxy in the Progressive era, environment became the reigning orthodoxy of the liberal era. Moreover, "environment" usually meant the external contemporary environment, rather than including the internal cultural environment of minorities themselves. If minorities were seen as the problem before, the majority was seen as the problem now."

And,

"To the intelligentsia of this later period, racial problems could be reduced to problems inside people's minds, and especially to racism, not only simplifying problems but enabling intellectuals to assume their familiar stance of being on the side of the angels against the forces of evil - and morally superior to the society in which they lived".

It is the condescending moral superiority which drives the Leftist narrative, not rational observation or deduction.

”Apparently people are to think and behave as they have in the past and yet somehow get better results in the future – and if they don’t get better results, that is considered societies fault.”

The idea is promulgated that the blacks have a right to hate whites because their black behaviors are traceable to whites somehow. If blacks riot, it’s because whites don’t trust them not to riot. If gangs of black youth shoot up a neighborhood, it’s because whites don’t think that they are any better than that. If blacks approach you and you somehow flinch, it is definitely NOT because blacks have a general history of violence, it is definitely because you are a racist and have caused black violence.

Put a different way, apparently when a certain class of youths behaves in manner X, it is racism to expect members of that class to behave in manner X, regardless of their history of behavior in manner X. Further it is racial profiling for one to actually look for behavior X in members of that class.

Moreover, it is racism that induces behavior X in a certain class of youth; they are not responsible for their behaviors because their behaviors are due to the racism of whites. And they cannot be faulted because they are Victims, a part of a protected class, a class of which very little is expected due to their Victimhood.

Therefore, it is racism if a non-class member assaults (or defends himself from assault by) a member of a protected Victim class.

Trayvon Martin was killed while beating a "white Hispanic’s" head into the concrete. We don't really know why. But. That was due to the racism of the "white Hispanic". That is the narrative. Trayvon was the Victim, being the black one who got shot during his attack.

Now, Obama IS Trayvon. If Obama must discriminate and abuse citizens, it's because of their racism. He has no choice in the matter; he IS the Victim.

Actually, Obama is closer to white than Zimmerman is. But as Glenn Reynolds predicted, the more Obama fails, the blacker he chooses to appear. He, the half-black leader of the free world, is the star Victim. He must be protected. The professional Victim. Due to racism. It's no doubt that it is purely racism that is causing the failure of ObamaCare and the demand of the unions to stop it. It probably was racism that lost the Middle East to sectarian radicals, and caused the death of American diplomats in Benghazi. Undoubtedly it is racism that is keeping unemployment so high. And it has been claimed all along that to criticize Obama is purely racist. There could be no other reason.

Just like there could be no other reason for shooting the person who is bashing your head into the concrete. Skull cracking is excusable due to the Victimization of the Victim Class by racists.

I took the concept of Messiah/Victim/Oppressor as a consequence of several books, which included Paul Berman’s “Flight of the Intellectuals”, Paul Johnson’s “Intellectuals”, Julien Benda’s “the Treason of the Intellectuals”, Hayek’s “the Road to Serfdom” and “the Fatal Conceit”, as well as Thomas Sowell’s “Intellectuals and Society”, and “The Vision of the Anointed”, as well as "Intellectuals and Race".

The self-endowed moral superiority of the “intelligentsia” comes from the rejection of all standard, fixed moralities and replacing those relics of oppression with personally derived moral principles of which one is very proud and attached (even if they are relativistic). That attachment comes with the conceit (Hayek) that one is specially anointed (Sowell) due to the intellectual superiority of having rejected all other morality and logic (Johnson). Hence, considering their massive superiority and innate morality, the intellectuals are destined to save mankind. I.e., they are Messiahs. And they need, must have, Victims and their Oppressors, classes to be defined for salvation and to be controlled.

In the George Zimmerman case, the Left went berserk in creating a universal model Victim and a standard Oppressor. They even lied about Zimmerman’s race (actually Hispanic with ¼ black) and created a brand new designation: white Hispanic, a fiction still being used. Trayvon fit the narrative quite slickly as a picturesque young Victim, being unarmed at the time of his demise – except for his tendency to love fighting, a trait probably attributable to white racism, of course.

The narrative failed, at least the racism part failed under FBI scrutiny (they didn't get the memo with the narrative spelled out apparently), and the Left has gone ballistic. Zimmerman must be punished, even if it takes the rest of his life to do it. Zimmerman was force fit into the Oppressor category, and the narrative reigns high and mighty over and above judicial process.

But these people are not Messiahs, they are blood-thirsty ideocrats looking for cannon fodder to bolster their next agenda (elections next year). If the judicial process must be sacrificed at the Leftist altar, so be it. If a human gets sacrificed, so be it. If Zimmerman gets assassinated, so be it.

So the concept of being "Messiahs" is constrained to describing their personal self-image, not their actual actions. Now there is a better description of the Left.

In his recent book, “Bullies”, Ben Shapiro makes an incisive observation: The self-styled Messiahs are in fact, bullies. It works like this. The Left went out of its way to decry “bullying”, with Obama at the fore. What could be wrong with that? Here’s what’s wrong: the Left has defined all of its detractors as “bullies”, which means that they are (a) immoral, and (b) must be stopped. That allows the Left to bully its enemies because it is a highly moral cause – to stop bullies.

Says Shapiro,

”Their twisted logic was deceptively easy. Liberals [now they’re back to being called Progressives, of course] claim that they are all about protecting victim classes from bullies. Conservatives oppose liberals. Therefore, by definition, conservatives must be bullies. And bullies must be stopped.”

By bullying, of course. Don’t like me? I will have the IRS audit you, Obama “joked” time and again. We must take a gun to a knife fight; we must hit back twice as hard. We’ll show those bullies who is boss of this place.

Shapiro:

”It’s not a new tactic. Victims hold a cherished place in the liberal heart. With victimhood comes moral power, and the power to extort the supposed victimizers.”

This double mindedness is perfectly consistent with the Left redefining all terms which it wishes not to confront and have to deal with publicly. It's Pro-Choice and Pro-women's healthcare, not Pro-killing your progeny. And the anti-bullying bullying was implemented early on in Obama’s administration when the HHS’s Sebelius defined the tea party and other constitutionally oriented groups as “terrorists”, then submitting that list to state law enforcement to be on the lookout for. Anti-bullying bullying has now been found to exist not only in the IRS and Justice Departments but also in ICE, the EPA, the FCC, and so on. The entire US government has been rallied to attack the narrative's Oppressor Class, defined as "bullies".

The concept of defining “bullies” and then bullying them renders the Left not so much as Messiahs, but more as Avenging Angels of Highest Morals and Moral Authority. As such, they have no constraints on either their thought process or the morality of their avenging actions. All that matters is that the narrative be brought to life, to fruition, and collateral damage be damned. Especially if it is only damaging to white, gun owning, religious clingers who lose some of their Amendments to the constitution – an antiquated document written by privileged, premodern or modern, white men. All of those – privileged, premodern or modern, and white – are categories of Oppressors, which must be stopped because they are immoral. The Avenging Angels of Highest Morals and Moral Authority will let the defeated opponents know what their new, positive rights are. Those are the rights of which Obama has said he approves: liberty is too messy. It gets in the way of governing.

This is the face of one of the teenagers killed by Obama, who approves drone strikes on Americans. The face belongs to 16 year old Abdulrahman Al-Awlaki, who, along with Samir Khan, both American citizens, were killed by drone "(along with a teenage cousin and five others at an open-air restaurant in Yemen)". This was done, of course, in the name of SELF DEFENSE, where Obama stands his ground to kill certain people even while allowing hordes of other foreigners to invade from the south with impunity.

Where is the hysterical outrage? Where are the Bash mobs? Where are the boycotts? Where is the constant media coverage? Well, there is no opportunity to further the Leftist narrative attached to this cold murder, and it was accomplished by an Avenging Angel under Messiahism; therefore it is a morally acceptable brutality.

The logic here is just impeccable, is it not? What a rational dissection of the articles in question. I count six Ad Homs and two conclusions: "easily dismissed", and "worthy only of ridicule".

The racist (Democrat) media virtually ignores the big city slaughters, likely because they are black on black, and the narrative requires an external (non-black) oppressor which to hate on. Name one child killed in chicago or Detroit who was designated as a potential son by Obama. The black on black slaughters seem to be considered merely collateral damage incurred by the Victimization and Plantation program, and maybe a slight bump for gun control (the guns and gun laws are the problem, you see, even where guns are outlawed totally). There is no indication that the Left understands in the least that these mob-on-mob plantation wars are in any manner related to the welfare state and the destruction of the family unit. Not to mention the confused, relativist morality of the people in charge.

Trayvon was a symbol, an icon for a narrative - and still is. Eric Holder has said that "we must not waste this opportunity" to pursue this narrative to fulfilment with the further federal persecution of Zimmerman. This is despite the jury's decision and despite the FBI's finding of no racism in Zimmerman's history. The narrative has been applied to Zimmerman, and it must be fulfilled. No justice, no peace; justice is defined by the narrative, not the application of dispassion to facts.

The escalation of Zimmerman to a federal felon will be hampered, first by the FBI, and second by testimony from Jeantel, who suggested to Trayvon that Zimmerman might be a homosexual predator. If Trayvon attacked Zimmerman because of Zimmerman's putative homosexuality, then it was Trayvon who commited the hate crime against a designated Victim. And maybe Jeantel, for profiling.

This continues to be an interesting story, as the Leftist moralizers tie themselves in knots of their own devising.

It was the Democrats who fought to save slavery of blacks on plantations;

It was Democrats who manned the KKK;

It was Democrats who instituted segregation and Jim Crow;

Bull Connor was a Democrat who set the dogs on blacks;

It was Democrats who largely voted against the Civil Rights Act and then took credit for it;

It was and is Democrats who maintain abortion mills in minority neighborhoods far in excess of non-minority neightborhoods;

It is Democrats who declare that blacks cannot be expected to meet standards that whites have to meet;

It is Democrats who maintain the ghetto plantations that keep blacks in poverty, in single parent families, and with terrible schools.

It is any wonder that the Plantation blacks feel both Victimized and entitled? Their oppressors have not changed in 150 years, except to include now black leaders who profit from the codependency of false messiahism and the votes of their Victims. What has changed is the narrative, which now attributes black oppression not to Democrats and Leftist messiahs, but to the Other, and all of the Other is now defined as "white", as in "white hispanic".

Where there is no fixed morality, there is neither shame nor restraint.

Where there is no memory of history, there is ignorance of the cause for social ills.

Where there is no Truth, there are no lies, only narratives.
