Florida Democrats: Don't Shoot Back at School Shooters

Florida House Democratic Caucus Votes Unanimously to Ensure Teachers Cannot Shoot Back if Attacked
HOWEVER, the Republicans outnumber the Donks, and the measure passed in the House.

But the Donks love their Free Fire Zones... if the free fire isn't interrupted by trained school employees.

Parkland: Obama's Legacy

Race denialism was codified under Obama. Too many black students were being punished for their infractions. The ratio of the populations might be 20% black, 80% white, but the punishment and arrest rate was much higher for blacks and minorities than the population ratio.

The solution? Stop arresting blacks and minorities when the monthly quota is met. Regardless.

Broward county is very proud of its reduced arrest record.

In the context of the discipline gap, the race-denialist remedy for that gap is to discipline by quota. If twenty percent of the students in your school district are black or Hispanic, then twenty percent of your suspensions and police reports better be, too—not a single percentage more!

The inevitable consequence of that is that disciplinary problems and crimes committed by black and Hispanic high-school students get swept under the carpet to make the statistics come out right.
What happens in those months when whites commit no arrestable crimes, but blacks/minorities commit several or even numerous? Black/minority crimes are ignored. The racial ratio is never wrong; quotas must be met.

As one observer claims, when the quota is met, say on the 10th of the month, then the remainder of the month is another "free zone": in this time frame crimes are not punished, so why not go for it?

In theory, only misdemeanors are treated this way. The observer claims that the racial ratio also is applied to felonies as well (how could it not be, under the overarching principle of racial equalitarianism, and the conclusion that all inequality in the racial ratios is RACISM?).

Apparently this is why Trayvon Martin was not incarcerated at the time of his death. He was the beneficiary of the racial ratio forgiveness program.

The observer observes that the less stupid of the minority criminals always wait until the racial ratio is filled for the month's quota before committing criminal acts. That way they are always given the freedom to pursue their chosen field without interference.

One claimed consequence is that high school students who are beneficiaries of the racial ratio quota program are found to be allied with adult criminals who use the students to commit crimes for them. Further it is claimed that criminal gangs and dirty cops use these students, and that the dirtiest cops are placed in schools as school peace officers, where they are in contact with such students. Which implies an institutionalized gangster-type profiteering from the dirty concept of racial equalitarianism.

It also explains why the cops do nothing when a "statistical hispanic" went demonstrably over the edge well before he slaughtered the 17 students in the FREE FIRE zone - the school from which he was suspended, and turned loose on the world.

It seems that progressive anti-empirical concepts always seem, not merely intellectually corrupt, but also ethically and morally corrupt as well.

The observer:

1. Watch this video. People don't understand how Broward County School Sheriff Officers operate. I'll explain.

2. I spent about 18 months in 2012, 2013 and 2014 investigating Broward and Miami-Dade school policies and how those policies transfer to law enforcement practices.

3. My interest was initially accidental. I discovered an untold story of massive scale and consequence as a result of initial research into Trayvon Martin and his High School life.

4. What I stumbled upon was a Broward County law enforcement system in a state of conflict. The Broward County School Board and District Superintendent, entered into a political agreement with Broward County Law enforcement officials to stop arresting students for crimes.

5. The motive was simple. The school system administrators wanted to "improve their statistics" and gain state and federal grant money for improvements therein.

6. So police officials, the very highest officials of law enforcement (Sheriff and Police Chiefs), entered into a plan.

7. As soon as Miami-Dade began to receive the benefits (political and financial) from the scheme, Broward County joined on. The approach in Broward was identical as the approach in Miami-Dade.

Broward County Florida Schools Institute The “Trayvon Martin Standard” For Student/Police Avoidance….
It was our initial FOIA requests to the Miami Dade School Police Department which revealed the secret discipline and diversionary program Trayvon Martin was granted to avoid a criminal record. …

8. It's important to remember, this was not an arbitrary change - this was a well-planned fundamental shift in the entire dynamic of how teenagers would be treated when they engaged in criminal conduct.

9. The primary problem was the policy conflicted with laws; and over time the policy began to create outcomes where illegal behavior by students was essentially unchecked by law enforcement.

10. Initially the police were excusing misdemeanor behaviors. However, it didn't take long until felonies, even violent felonies (armed robberies, assaults and worse) were being excused.

11. The need to continue lowering the arrests year-over-year meant that increasingly more severe unlawful behavior had to be ignored. Over time even the most severe of unlawful conduct was being filtered by responding police.

12. We found out about it, when six cops blew the whistle on severe criminal conduct they were being instructed to hide. The sheriff and police Chiefs were telling street cops and school cops to ignore ever worsening criminal conduct.

13. The police were in a bind. They were encountering evidence of criminal conduct and yet they had to hide the conduct. There were examples of burglary and robbery where the police had to hide the recovered evidence in order to let the kids get away without reports.

14. The police would take the stolen merchandise and intentionally falsify police records to record stolen merchandise *as if* they just found it on the side of the road.

15. They put drugs and stolen merchandise in bags, and sent it to storage rooms in the police department. Never assigning the recovery to criminal conduct. Stolen merchandise was just sitting in storage rooms gathering dust.

16. They couldn't get the stuff back to the victim because that would mean the police would have to explain how they took custody of it. So they just hid it. To prove this was happening one of the officers told me where to look, and who the victim was.

17. At first I didn't believe them. However, after getting information from detectives, cross referencing police reports, and looking at the "found merchandise", I realized they were telling the truth.

18. A massive internal investigation took place and the results were buried. Participating in the cover-up were people in the media who were connected to the entire political apparatus.

19. The sheriff and police chief could always deny the violent acts (assaults, rapes, beatings etc.) were being ignored; that's why the good guys in the police dept gave the evidence of the stolen merchandise. That physical evidence couldn't be ignored and proved the scheme.

20. From 2012 though 2018 it only got worse. In Broward and Miami-Dade it is almost impossible for a student to get arrested. The staff within the upper levels of LEO keep track of arrests and when a certain number is reached all else is excused.

21. Well it didn't take long for criminal gangs in Broward and Miami-Dade to realize the benefit of using students for their criminal activities. After all, the kids would be let go... so organized crime became easier to get away with if they enlisted high-school kids.

22. As criminals became more adept at the timing within the offices of the officials, they timed their biggest crimes to happen after the monthly maximum arrest quota was made.

23. The most serious of armed robberies etc. were timed for later in the month or quarter. The really serious crimes were timed in the latter phases of the data collection periods. This way the student criminals were almost guaranteed to get away with it
.
24. Now. You can see how that entire process gets worse over time. Present corruption (the need to hide the policy) expands in direct relationship to the corruption before it. This is where the School Police come into play.

25. Understanding the risk behind the scheme, it became increasingly important to put the best corrupt cops in the schools. *BEST* as in *SMARTEST*. Those SRO's became the ones who were best at hiding the unlawful conduct.

26. Again, over time, the most corrupt police officers within the system became the police inside the schools. These officers were those who are best skilled at identifying the political objectives and instructions.

27. Those "School Cops" also have special privileges. It's a great gig. They get free "on campus" housing close to the schools they are assigned to etc. They're crooked as hell and the criminal kids how just how to play them. It's a game. Also an open secret.

28. A lot of it came out during an earlier *internal affairs* investigation. Unfortunately the behavior never changed because the politics never changed. It's still going on:

29. For years this has been happening and no-one cared. Crimes happen; students excused; victims ignored; etc. The Broward County School and Law Enforcement system is designed to flow exactly this way. It's politics
.
30. Only then a Parkland school shooting happened. For Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel this had to be an "oh shit" moment; but not for the reasons the media initially thought. If people start digging, they'll discover the shooter was one of those previously excused students

31. The same sentiment applies for Sheriff Scott's partner, School Superintendent Robert Runcie (previously from Chicago),.... things are very risky if people start digging.

32. Follow a simple timeline: 2011/2012 Broward County School administration made a policy decision to block the arrests of students in order to improve their education statistics.

THIS Is Why I Elected This Guy! (Yes, It Was Me - I Did It Myself)

Trump Tweets: ‘Gun free school is a magnet for bad people,’ Arm ‘Only the Best’ Teachers
FINALLY! A person in power says the unthinkable: protect the children: NO MORE FREE FIRE ZONES!
“Highly trained, gun adept, teachers/coaches would solve the problem instantly, before police arrive. GREAT DETERRENT!” Trump tweeted.

At a White House meeting late Wednesday with survivors of a shooting rampage at a Florida high school that killed 17 people, Trump suggested arming a select group of teachers to deter mass shootings.

“I never said ‘give teachers guns’ like was stated on Fake News @CNN &@NBC,” Trump tweeted.

“What I said was to look at the possibility of giving ‘concealed guns to gun adept teachers with military or special training experience – only the best. 20% of teachers, a lot, would now be able to

…immediately fire back if a savage sicko came to a school with bad intentions.

“Highly trained teachers would also serve as a deterrent to the cowards that do this. Far more assets at much less cost than guards. A ‘gun free’ school is a magnet for bad people. ATTACKS WOULD END!”

At the Wednesday meeting, billed as a “listening session,” Trump also promised “very strong” background checks on gun owners.
PLUS, make sure that schools and school districts which refuse this are referred to as "Free Fire Kill Zones" because that is what they are.

Watch the Left go nuclear. They hate guns more than they value children.

School Shootings: The REAL Question Is This:

Why does the Left love its FREE FIRE zones?
Why so many shootings at schools? They are easy targets for one, they are filled with kids, unable and uninclined to defend themselves. They are "gun-free" zones, at least until the armed assailant enters that pristine atmosphere, knowing that no harm will come to him, that he will be the ultimate in power for the first time in his life. That he might hold teenage grudges against people who did not treat him appropriately, from his perspective, is just another reason to attack a school.

The real question is why on earth, after so many school shootings have the schools not done more to harder their defenses. Metal detectors are of no consequence to the dedicated shooter. The only thing that has ever worked to minimize or prevent school shootings is armed response. So, after 19 years of carnage, false flags and even possibly FBI initiated or tolerated murders of students going to school, in order to secure an assault weapons ban, the way they tolerated thousands of Mexican deaths during Fast and Furious, the way they tolerated the death of Brian Terry, the schools themselves have not done the one thing that could have stopped it, right then. If the coach, who was also a security guard for the school had been armed, perhaps he would have been able to trade a few rounds back at the demented shooter instead of essentially being a bullet catcher for the rounds fired by the shooter. Heroic, yes, absolutely, but more heroic would have been to stop the killing, not to just be one of the killed, no matter how well-intentioned it might be.
So how do the deranged get their guns into the schools? It's because the schools are run by incompetents. It really is that simple. The schools in our area are the same. There is no stopping an insane idiot from walking right in with a weapon, shooting the unarmed secretary at the door, and then marching through the FREE FIRE zone, blazing away.

What I don't understand is why more students aren't killed in these episodes - there's nothing to stop the shooter. Not even brave coaches doubling as "Security Guard", sans weapons of defense.

Schools should be virtual fortresses, with armed guards at the single entrance, and at every fire exit. ARMED guards.

Even then there will come a time when the fire alarm is pulled, and students rush out into the school yard killing zone. So there needs to be a safe external zone too, which is visible to at least one guard.

"OH NO!"... you hear said; "Guns on campus: Someone might get hurt!" Leftists either don't think, can't think, or think absolutely perversely on every subject.

These students were killed because they were not protected in zones where they have to be, by law. It is purely the fault of the anti-gun Leftists in control of school policy. They ENABLE STUDENT SLAUGHTER.
