Identify the fallacies in this person's assertions:

1. Assertion: "Communities have the right to defend themselves against groups that actively seek to eliminate members of that community".

Red Herring and Rhetorical Deception: Conservatism and American patriotism does not want any purge, except for treason, or mass violence, or violation of constitutional laws. If by "members of that community" is meant those who are traitors, violent revolutionaries, those who wish to eradicate law and races in the USA, then that "community" is at war with the constitutional USA and that war must be fought if constitutional law is to be preserved.

Not all communities deserve to exist; that is part of the rhetoric when it is extrapolated. But that extrapolation would definitely include the community of anarchists who violently attack nations built on Law, especially Enlightenment law. Exclusionary policies work both ways: the exclusionists are actually the anarchists who want no laws to encumber themselves. And they want to encumber/eradicate dissent.

The Rhetorical Deception implies that genocides of innocents is intended by Constitutional conservatives. That is a false accusation.

2. Assertion: "Richard Spencer doesn't have the right to speak in public unopposed, and that ultimately is what the purpose of Antifa is, to show up and oppose him."

Word play (deceptive rhetoric that is intended to conceal the full extent of the reality). The reality is not to oppose Richard Spencer with contrary ideas, arguments and logic. The reality is to oppose the existence of Richard Spencer, and to hurt those who would hear him. This assertion is a lie of omission, which is a deception of actual intent.

3. Assertion: "Yes" (violence toward people is justified). 3:40. "I believe that communities have the rights to defend themselves against threats to their communities" ... "Against people who have explicitly said that they want to eliminate them [that community] from society."

This is his continuing false equivalence, and rhetorical fallacy: Antifa apparently includes all law abiders as wanting to eliminate the Antifa anarchist/communist community from society. Because Antifa anarchist/communists are anti-laws and anti-law enforcement, then this rhetoric, when expanded into Antifa reality, is somewhat the case, but not as he presents it (for the downtrodden, disenfranchised). It would be the case for Antifa itself which, being lawless anarchists, is criminal.

4. Assertion: "Security provides the space for non-violent discourse, which is ultimately what we want".

Fatuous lie. Anarchists want to destroy lawful society, not to engage in any "discourse".

5. Assertion: "Cops work for - the people that you work for - and not in the interest of the vast majority of society. We don't have representation by the state, we don't".

Of course anarchist/communists haven't got that many Congressmen, other than the entire Democrat Party which engendered and enabled Antifa in the first place.

6. Assertion: "I teach [my students] to think critically, and that's why I'm very open about my anarchism, my activism."

For the Left, thinking critically does not mean to apply logic; by "critical" they mean to be in constant criticism of those who believe in lawful states which supersede individual anarchy. Consider the "Critical Theory" that infests the Left.

7. Assertion: [Tweets] "Dead cops are good." and "What's even the point of a cop that isn't dead?"

Anarchism, by definition, is a political theory which eradicates law-enforcement police and policing from existence in the anarchic, lawless society. Policing, by definition, requires rules outside and above the individual, which are intended to fight crime against the individual. Anarchy presupposes that all individuals will behave just as the anarchist projects. Those who don't are eliminatable, since there are no rules against elimination either.

This is observable in Antifa, which is an odd mix of anarchy and communism. This particular anarchist likely thinks that communal perfection will magically occur under the zero government of the "ownership by the proletariat". All such revolutionary anarchies have always, without exception, provided fertile ground for the production of ruthless (lawless) dictators, genocides, and prison camps for badthink.

The Left is impervious to their own logic fallacies and Rhetorical failures. Logic is dead in a culture of "no truth". In Atheist "Will to Power" communities, even rhetoric is merely sloganeering, as the "rights of a community to defend itself" is shown to be. The fact is that Antifa is largely paid thugs, directed by a small coterie of anarchists directed by George Soros, filthy rich anarchist.

The WaPo "Editorial Board" suddenly expends much energy disavowing Antifa. But then it denies that the group had any blame in Charlottesville. In Lefty-Land there is no such thing as an internal contradiction.

Here's the money quote from the tail end of the disavowal, so you don't have to read the whole thing like I did:

Really. That's a direct quote. The point obiously is to disavow in advance of the elections, but not to ever admit that they were wrong not to denounce Antifa from the start, and especially not admit that Trump was and still is correct in his assessment. Disavowal without any admission of culpability: standard cynical Leftist lie.

Keep in mind that the original protesters of Trumps early rallies were employed by Hillary's campaign to start the Trump = violence meme. It is now known that people with mental issues were hired by Hillary's campaign and groomed to pretend to be Trump supporters and to false-flag violence initiation against other people with mental issues who were hired and bused in to pillage and burn in the same buses as the false-flaggers.

THE LATEST symptom of America’s deepening political illness is the rise of “antifa” — short for “anti-fascist.” Clad in black and armed with clubs or pepper spray, these masked men and women style themselves the bane of neo-Nazis, Ku Klux Klansmen and other extreme rightists wherever the latter may appear. We would not for a minute equate it to the menace of violent, ultra-right white-supremacist groups, which are enjoying an ugly renaissance bred, in part, by the succor President Trump has given to racial and religious intolerance. Nor does the antifa movement pose a clear and present danger to the broader political system, though it has shown a disturbing capacity for intimidating and confusing various officials in locales from Middlebury, Vt., to the West Coast. Portland, Ore., canceled this year’s Rose Festival parade because antifa-linked groups threatened to attack marchers from the local Republican Party.

Rather, antifa’s true danger is twofold: First, its violence does obvious and unjustifiable harm, both to free speech and to people and property; second, it tends to discredit, through association, the far broader peaceful movement against racism and hate. That movement must win if the United States is to flourish, and it can win only by upholding democratic norms and the rule of law, even in the face of everything the ultra-right may do to undermine them.

Accordingly, “no enemies on the left” cannot be the rule, at least not as long as antifa is around. These people proudly are not liberals or democrats, much less liberal Democrats. To the contrary, if anyone should have qualms about the way police retreated when 100 antifa members showed up in Berkeley on Sunday — if anyone should be urging police forces across the country to deal firmly but appropriately with them — it’s the peaceful marchers against racism in that town, whose message was drowned out by the far more vivid violence of their ostensible defenders in black.

An armed Antifa group is launching a new cell in Philadelphia, with support from the “alt-left” alternative media.

The group currently hosts anti-police workshops called “Our Enemies in Blue.” The group draws inspiration from convicted murderers and calls for violence against the police, theft of goods, and armed insurrection.

Antifa websites like It’s Going Down, Sub.Media and Insurrection News have been promoting the group, which calls itself the Revolutionary Abolitionist Movement, calling on their readers to donate to a Fundrazr account for the creation of the new cell.

The press release the group published in far-left media is filled with hyperbolic claims about how “mosques are being ruthlessly bombed” and how “LGBTQ are being battered.”

“The destruction of black life continues unabated as millions languish in the plantations of the modern day slave system,” the group states.

Taking pride in the “legacy” of “Philadelphia’s rich revolutionary tradition,” RAM cites Mumia Abu Jamal, the Black Panther activist who shot and killed Philadelphia police officer Daniel Faulkner in 1981.

It also cites Russell Shoats, who shot a police officer in the back five times in 1970. Similar to Antifa, the actions of the Black Panthers have been described as having a “very undefined purpose of assaulting police officers.”

Like other Antifa groups, RAM claims to oppose the usual -isms and white supremacy, but a quick look at the organization’s “Political Foundation” page, as highlighted by Far Left Watch, notes the inclusion of several alarming points, including the “Abolition of Gender,” and the “Expropriation and the Cooperative Economy.”

Democratic Reps. Pramila Jayapal of Washington, Jerrold Nadler of New York and Bonnie Watson Coleman of New Jersey filed a formal resolution of censure Friday during a pro forma session.

“We’re at a very significant juncture here,” Coleman told The Washington Post. “We can either have peace, or we can have this president fuel and fan the fires of violence, and that is scary. He needs to be held accountable.”

If there is any question that Antifa is the paramilitary arm of the Democrat Party, this should quell that thought.

It’s been apparent for a while that they are the stupid party. But I never thought they were this stupid.

At this point, it’s clear we have a combination of sick factions in the GOP, and none of them give a damn about the party’s voters, none of them give a damn about the principles they claim to have stood for in the past years, and none of them have a clue about what they are doing.

What has this party done since Trump saved their bacon, keeping them in the majority, saving them from becoming a worthless second fiddle to a corrupt Hillary? Nothing. Just nothing. And now worse than nothing. I am not the first to say this, but let’s be clear, the GOP has become a party of spineless wimps and frauds. They have betrayed half of America, betrayed the base that once supported them so well, and also betrayed their country.

They have been watching fecklessly as the left is destroying the agenda they were sent to put into place. They have been sitting on their hands while the left has been destroying their own party’s president, not only doing nothing, but often actively helping the left in their attempts to take him down.

They allowed this nonsense of Russia!Russia!Russia! to fester, knowing it was nonsense (and yes, it’s provable that they all knew). None of them stepped up to the plate to tell the left, the media, the public and the world that it was an asinine construct that had no evidence and simply wasn’t true.

Add to that a few more ingredients: money grubbing from donors (who did not want what their voters wanted), along with the simple faithless actions of a lot of them. They were hoping against hope that their friends the #NeverTrumps would finally prevail and be able to say they told us so. Add the renewed iciness of their own base toward their party, and………

You have mixed a toxic drink that could virtually leave the GOP in shambles.

No, most of them don’t know it, they are simply too stupid, spineless, dishonest and money grubbing to understand just how awful they look to their own voters. They lost the election of 2006 and 2008 for similar reasons, the base simply checked out and stayed home. Even back then, the bad GOP wasn’t this bad.

At this point, there are only a few ways this can go. The voters that got excited about Trump and his America First agenda might stay home. They might try to get rid of party leaders (liars all), taking many of them out through primaries and other party arrangements. One more possibility: you could have a wave of resolved anger sweep through the center right voting base. If it comes to that, the cold civil war could become pretty dang hot. Whichever way it goes, the GOP will never be the same.

You think I’m advocating violence? Not at all. Sorry Charlie, that’s what the Neville Chamberlain Republicans did by signing a peace treaty with the left. Peace in their time. Oops, that didn’t end peacefully the first time?

Good grief, the GOP has sat on its hands as the Republic we once knew has descended into mob rule; the things we believed in have been mocked, derided, and called every name in the book. They virtually looked the other way as one of their own congressmen got shot. They have given us the equivalent of Jeb Bush for legislators. The majorities that we voted in are a bunch of mealy mouthed, clueless fools who spent all their money as did Jeb to get three delegates.

GOP: You promised us an immediate repeal and replacement of Obamacare, and after nine months of absurdities, you not only failed, but you did nothing to discipline those who made it fail. Paul Ryan is still speaker, McConnell majority leader, the senators who prevented this promise from being enacted were turncoats and received no consequences from their leadership.

Other than ratify some good judges, nothing else has been done by Congress.

The GOP watched the left, through their toady media shills, and their fractured foolishness, take down everything we voted for.

Now the GOP is clucking about a ginned-up narrative concerning Charlottesville. They’re now blaming Trump for telling the truth: that the violence of the Antifa, and the leftist groups is just as bad as the Nazi skin heads, and just as unforgiveable. They’re kowtowing like cowards to things that never happened and to made up narratives. They’re running away because they can’t stand to be called racist. They’re watching as history is being rewritten, and they’re allowing their base to be tarred as racists, bigots, and Nazis. Trust me, that will not go well.

It’s never been this bad, because the GOP has never been this bad. And we now know because Trump inadvertently shined the light of truth on who they really are. The election of Trump revealed the party of frauds. It was never his intention, but that’s what has happened. They have been undressed before the whole world. They have no clothes.

What is a nation who has been lied to by both parties supposed to do? What is the base of the GOP going to do?

I don’t know, but I do know I’ve never seen the center right base so disgusted and angry at its own. GOP: Trust me, the base hasn’t left Trump, but it has left you. It’s not official yet, but the avalanche is about to begin. The anger is going to boil over. Upon you. GOP: you’re not going to like it, but you have no one to blame but yourselves.

My discussion here is regarding the Left. The Left has been consistently violent for the past year and a half, attacking and harming peaceful people trying to attend political meetings which is their legal and Constitutional right.

To insist that only one side deserves condemnation at Charlotte is a blatant corruption of human rights. One side was there completely legally - not the Antifa. One side does not hide its identity to prevent prosecution for what it intends to do - not Antifa. One side was attacked while under police protection as they attempted to leave - Not Antifa. One side gets the blame - not Antifa.

The Unite the Whites movement has been roundly condemned by all virtue-signalling pols, CEOs, and whoknows, and needs no further condemnation. In fact, what is needed now is a clear picture of what happened, and who did what to whom. So let's see how the Left addresses Charlottesville.

Here are Slate's "observers":

1. Brandy Daniels: Tries to prevent lawful entry to legal protesters, gets pushed aside and fears for her life

2. Rabbi Rachel Schmelkin: Antifa are reconnoitering up in their parking lot, and "...at one point the white supremacists came by and antifa chased them off with sticks."

3. Rebekah Menning: Attempted to prevent access by legal protesters to their designated positions. "we were prepared to be beaten to a bloody pulp to show that while the state permitted white nationalists to rally in hate, in the many names of God, we did not. But we didn’t have to because the anarchists and anti-fascists got to them before they could get to us. I’ve never felt more grateful and more ashamed at the same time. The antifa were like angels to me in that moment."

4. Mary Esselman: Felt fear. Not attacked. No violence. She said stuff to them, and they said stuff back. She was scandalized.

5. Rev. Seth Wispelwey: Tried to interfere with the legal demonstrators. "I helped lead a group of clergy who were trained and committed to the same work: to hold space on the frontline of the park where the rally was to be held. And then some of us tried to take the steps to one of the entrances. God is not OK with white supremacy, and God is on the side of all those it tries to dehumanize. We feel a responsibility to visibly, bodily show our solidarity with the oppressed and marginalized.

A phalanx of neo-Nazis shoved right through our human wall with 3-foot-wide wooden shields, screaming and spitting homophobic slurs and obscenities at us. It was then that antifa stepped in to thwart them. They have their tools to achieve their purposes, and they are not ones I will personally use, but let me stress that our purposes were the same: block this violent tide and do not let it take the pedestal..

In every case, violence is attributed to the whites, but not observed. (Except when they attempt to define speech as "violence") In cases 1,3,5, it is presumed acceptable to violate the Federal Court Order explicitly allowing the whites access to assemble in that park, as well as acceptable to violate clause 2 and 3 of the First Amendment of the US Constitution. In cases of violence (1,2,3,5), the "violence" observed is by the Left, and initiated by illegal denial of access to assemble under the Federal Court decree and the First Amendment. Actual violence is specifically denied as an issue, because the presumed thoughts of all of the whites is "violence", while the tools of Antifa are "community protection tools".

As for Think Progress, the story is this:
While the same minister as above is organizing illegal activities in a church, the Unite the Right protestors showed up outside, apparently across the street. They surrounded the small cadre of Leftists who were human-chained around the statue, and shouting ensued. Why the Leftists were protecting the statue that they want destroyed is not obvious.

"After the service, the faith-based protesters split into two groups. One subset — up to 80 clergy who had been trained in nonviolent resistance, according to several estimates from participants — would march directly into the heart of the demonstration. The second group — which included McLaren, who had missed this training due to a delayed flight — would attend a rally in a park a block away from the action, whose boundaries would serve as a safe space and emergency medical care center.

“It was made clear to us that if we walk on the street, we could die,” Harper, who joined the second group along with Wispelwey and Smith, said. “And we could definitely be arrested…because there are too many unknown factors here.”

So they went out to bust up a legal Unite the Right demonstration, and told themselves that they might die doing it, or at a minimum be arrested for illegal action. In the name of God.

Suddenly the Left is invoking God for an amazing amount of the justifications for their illegal actions (at a Federal Level) in denying human rights.

”A faction that included professor West, Smith, and Wispelwey formed a line across the entrance of the park and linked arms, blocking white supremacists from entering.

They took their positions knowing there was little guarantee that there would be help if they needed it.

“I think the hope was there would be some police intervention that would have us removed [in the event of violence],” Smith said. “But in terms of being a presence at the park, at the rally, they were not there. They wanted “to be removed”, in order to be saved from the confrontation they were causing.

Here’s some violence:

”A group of white supremacists broke through our line with shields,” Wispelwey said. “Some of them were screaming and spitting slurs [as they] physically shoved clergy aside with their shields.”

They illegally interfered with legal Right to Assembly, got shoved out of the way, and there was badtalk, maybe even evilspeak.

Here’s the excitement part:

Oh. Nothing happened. The clergy left the premises, intact and unscathed, despite illegally blocking access to the park. They went to console the damaged folks over in the other park.

And then,

”Then tragedy struck. As McLaren, Wispelwey, and others convened at the top of a hill, a car down the street—which authorities say was driven by white supremacist James Alex Fields Jr.—barreled through a group of counter-protesters, wounding 19 and killing Heather D. Heyer.
Within minutes, the faith leaders were called on to respond.”

And that's it. It's over. But never over-over.

The scoff-law clergy is preparing to help other scoff-law clergy in areas which expect Unite the Right demonstrations to be illegally attacked by Antifa armed with “community defense tools”.

Antifa’s “community defense tools” have always included fire bombs, ball bats, pipes, pepper spray and/or mace delivered from behind their victim, isolating individuals and beating them into comas, throwing rocks, bottles and debris, and have recently introduced the flame thrower. They have knifed a number of individuals – attempted murder.

BLM has endorsed cop killing and BLM members have killed cops, torched buildings and cars, etc. They are funded by Soros and the Ford Foundation, amongst others. They do not protest the carnage of black-on-black murders in Detroit, Chicago, Baltimore, etc. So not ALL black lives matter to BLM; they are primarily against white laws enforced on black culture, which is NOT white culture. Oh, and cops; they hate cops of all tints.

Whiteness is now more than just a microaggression. Whiteness now must be eradicated, before blacks are able to be “comfortable in their skins”. Under Obama, blacks have discovered that the Left supports Black Supremacy, and blacks get a pass frequently on egregious behavior purely due to their skin color. So now skin color has been leveraged against whites (and presumably against “white Hispanics” as the Left defines them).

The White Lives Matter movement has been created out of necessity to fight the anti-white racism identity/class war of the Left. The Democrat party has clearly identified itself with anti-whiteness. The DNC funded some or most of the original violence against Trump supporters merely attending rallys. The Democrat mayors and police chiefs both colluded with BAMN (By Any Means Necessary) in NOT protecting citizens from Antifa attacks and violence. This goes for the hierarchy of Charlottesville too. In fact, it appears that all large cities will not allow police to prevent Antifa attacks on citizens and/or opposition demonstrators.

The now-sanctioned Leftist outrage against whites (and Trump who marginalized and humiliated Hillary and her Leftist supporters) guarantees open warfare in the future, likely followed by 4th gen guerrilla disruption of national structures… much more destructive than merely destroying historical statues of Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln etc. (Russian revolution level activity can be anticipated).

The USA is still open and vulnerable to guerrilla attack on many levels. The most interesting question will be this: on which side will the Deep State come down? The Leftist guerrillas? Likely. Probably the destruction will be false-flagged to the Class/Identity: White-Oppressor.

Therefore in the Leftist MSM world it is the defense of whiteness and the fight against anti-white racism that gets the blame, hatred and vitriol, and that will continue until death begets more death in this Illegal Leftist-Communist Class-Identity Civil War against America.

A year ago, Breitbart reported that hacked Open Society Foundation documents showed that the George Soros-funded group gave Black Lives Matter groups $650,000. The Ford Foundation subsequently announced that it was launching a fundraising campaign to raise $100 million to support Black Lives Matter.

It's unclear how often individual protesters are paid a fee to protest, but regardless, the organizational side of the unrest is becoming big business. The movement first attracted attention with violence in the streets during the Ferguson riots. A raised fist brings notoriety, and notoriety brings in big money. It's a clear exchange.

One hundred million dollars to BLM!? It's profitable to promote violent racism, because you can extort big cash from corporations who want to be left alone...
