President-elect Donald Trump replaces President Faily McWorsethancarter Friday, but we’re not going to be able to Netflix and chill in the fight for freedom. The left and its establishment allies are desperate to regain the power they see slipping away, and we need to understand that the only way to stop them is to beat them to a pulp and leave them whimpering in the fetal position, crying out for their genderfluid mommies.

The left’s strategy is simple – deny normal Americans normalcy. After all, that’s what we really want, a return to normal. We haven’t experienced real normal since the Democrats denied the legitimacy of W’s election in 2000 – you know, during one of those time frames when denying the legitimacy of the president was cool, a phenomenon that coincidentally only occurs whenever a Republican wins. Then came 9/11 followed by 15-plus years of botched wars and economic decline, along with an unprecedented cultural offensive against normal Americans. Once the only place you heard that average Americans were racist sexist homophobic everythingist everythingphobic was on college campuses; now, with the active assistance of Obama and his collaborators, it’s everywhere – in our entertainment, in the media, in our faces.

And we’re sick of it. #ThisIsWhyYouGotTrump

We want to return to normality, and in an ironic twist of fate it was Donald Trump, the most unnormal guy imaginable, who promised it. Hillary Clinton promised more war and more weakness, more of the same economic malaise that has left most of America suffering, and much, much more of the same cultural scolding and calculated oppression of anyone so subhuman as to not live in a city and believe there are only two sexes.

The Left has normalized nearly every conceivable perversion and abomination, and now tries to delegitimize everyone who doesn't fit into those Victimhood subclasses. Having lost the power of government to assault the herd, they have demonstrated their capacity for furious violence in the name of self-righteousness and the sanctity of their Leftist Narrative.

So how will they do it? Constant resistance at every turn. They will ignore norms and rules – remember, norms and rules are only supposed to constrain us. They will lie, cheat, and engage in any conduct that they believe will help their hateful cause. A huge part of the progressive effort will go toward policing their own for any weakness or faltering in their lockstep opposition to everything Trump and the GOP do. Take that, Springsteen cover band! How dare you perform the Boss’s hackneyed anthems for the president? The good thing is we will get to watch four to eight years of the left devouring itself. I’m already stockpiling the popcorn.
In Washington, there are Democrats whose constituents supported Trump and want him to succeed. In a normal world, these would-be moderates might cooperate and compromise with the GOP majority to influence policy, but their own party absolutely will not let them do that now. The hard left activists are in control, and they will crush any dissent. So the Democrats who might have moderated and played along now have to defy their party to do so knowing the activists will not be forgiving. And it’ll be wonderful watching the Dems kneecap their 2018 candidates to force utterly symbolic losing party line votes on cabinet appointments and on things like the Obamacare repeal.
This is great for us. It will force the Dems in moderate or even red areas to fall even further out of step with their voters – something that has cost the Dems over a thousand seats across the country since Obama was sworn in. In 2018, something like 25 Democrats or Dem-voting independents are up for election to the Senate, many in moderate areas. If Trump is seen as succeeding, especially on the economy, that could make the midterms a Democrat bloodbath. A wonderful, delicious bloodbath.

Nothing succeeds like success - and Trump was scheduled to implode/explode at every turn, and now he's president. That.is.success.

A key problem with the liberal resistance strategy is that constant activism is exhausting. It’s even exhausting to watch – normal people are already tuning out the daily deluge of anti-Trump fake news in the lying mainstream media. The liberal strategy is to turn everything up to 11, but you can’t do that for four years. While the hardcore left is invested in its hatred of our new president, most of America is not. They don’t want every waking hour of their lives spent listening to people whine about Trump, especially when they generally like what he’s doing. The fact is Trump is already doing well. The market is up. He’s getting commitments for new jobs from big companies. Obamacare is getting a stake through its putrid heart. And the normals are going to tune out of the hate and reelect him to spite you liberal twerps.

Ignore the evidence that some 3 million votes came from illegal aliens for the moment. The US Constitution very wisely protects the rest of the nation against a heavily populated state dominating the entire country, as in Hunger Games. It does that via the selection of senators, guaranteeing senators to lightly populated states, as well as electors via the electoral college.

Like all Leftists, the burgeoning Marxist populations clotted together in the isolated islands of the archipelago shown below feel that they should have total control, despite their concentrations in just a few areas. To them, the rest of the nation hardly exists, or exists to do their bidding as in producing foodstuff, energy and building materials and labor, and STFU.

Because the rest of the nation, outside the archipelago of Leftist swarm-think, had the audacity to speak up via Donald Trump, the Left now fears for their very lives: the peasants are rising and sharpening the guillotines. While that is just more Leftist insanity, it's not a bad position to have them in. Thrashing around in their own insanity will just accelerate the demise of Leftism as a national threat. I hope.

"According to officials, the Pentagon plans to announce the repeal of its ban on transgender service members July 1, a controversial decision that would end nearly a year of internal wrangling.

WASHINGTON — The Pentagon plans to announce the repeal of its ban on transgender service members July 1, a controversial decision that would end nearly a year of internal wrangling among the services on how to allow those troops to serve openly, according to Defense officials.

Top personnel officials plan to meet as early as Monday to finalize details of the plan, and Deputy Defense Secretary Bob Work could sign off on it by Wednesday, according to a Defense official familiar with the timetable but who spoke on condition of anonymity because officials were not authorized to speak publicly about it. Final approval would come from Defense Secretary Ash Carter, and the announcement will be on the eve of the Fourth of July weekend.

The plan would direct each branch of the armed services over a one-year period to implement new policies affecting recruiting, housing and uniforms for transgender troops, one official said.

Carter announced last year that the ban, which affects a fraction of the military’s 1.3 million active duty members, would be lifted unless a review showed that doing so would have “adverse impact on military effectiveness and readiness.”

That phrase raised concerns on Capitol Hill where a key lawmaker questioned whether an “honest and balanced assessment” could be made of the effects on “military readiness, morale and good order and discipline” under Carter’s guidelines for the review.

Rep. Mac Thornberry, the Texas Republican who chairs the Armed Services Committee, called on the Pentagon in a letter last July to provide a range of information on the impacts of repealing the ban.

Among the questions Thornberry asked:

“What would be the projected cost of changing the transgender service policy? To what extent would military barracks, ship berths, gym shower facilities, latrines, and other facilities have to be modified to accommodate personnel in various stages of transition and what would be the projected cost of these modifications?” Thornberry wrote.

He also asked about how far the Pentagon would go to provide medical treatment for transgender troops, “including behavioral health treatment, cross-hormone therapy, voice therapy, cosmetic or gender reassignment surgery and other treatments?”

Pentagon officials responded to Thornberry in September, said Eric Pahon, a department spokesman. The main focus of the Pentagon’s review of the policy has been on the effect of repeal on the military’s readiness to fight, Pahon said. More details about the review’s findings are expected to be released soon, he said.

Thornberry was not happy with the timing of the announcement, he said in a statement Friday.

“If reports are correct, I believe Secretary Carter has put the political agenda of a departing administration ahead of the military’s readiness crisis," Thornberry said. "The force is exhausted from back to back deployments and spending their home-station time scrambling to get enough equipment and training before they deploy again. My focus is on helping the troops now — to be the most effective, deployable force possible.

"Consistent with that philosophy, when we learned DOD was looking at new policies on the service of transgender individuals, the Committee posed a number of questions to DOD," he said. "In particular, there are readiness challenges that first must be addressed, such as the extent to which such individuals would be medically non-deployable. Almost a year has passed with no answer to our questions from Secretary Carter. Our top priority must be warfighting effectiveness and individual readiness is an essential part of that.”

What Congress thinks is of no consequence to this renegade presidency and his Leftist bureaucrats. The Progressive agenda includes the virtual elimination of defensive capabilities (and borders open to any insurrectionist), as the USA is brought down to the level they think it deserves. What damage can they complete in the next seven months? Plenty. The Clintons merely trashed the White House before they departed. Obama will try to trash the entire USA before he is kicked out.

Just days after the massacre in an Orlando nightclub left 49 people dead and 53 wounded, Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson on Tuesday said that gun control is now a critical element of protecting the U.S. homeland and keeping Americans safe.

"We have to face the fact that meaningful gun control has to be a part of homeland security," Johnson said in an interview on "CBS This Morning." "We need to do something to minimize the opportunity for terrorists to get a gun in this country."

The creation of the unconstitutional federal domestic policing army (equivalent of the SS) was bound to evolve to this, especially under Obama. It will come to full fruition if Hillary is coronated. Congress is no longer needed by an executive which ignores it anyway, along with the US Constitutional limits on his power. This power grab is likely a response to the reports of Gays bolting the Dems for the protection of Trump. Hammering on guns is the only counter that the Left will entertain - certainly not any interference into domestic Islam. It appears that Gays now know this.

And Rolling Stone's putative Constitutional Professor, David Cohen, demands the repeal of the Second Amendment. Of course he does, he is Left of Bernie, it appears.

The Left is gutting the First Amendment, both clauses. The Second Amendment is the only recourse in the constitution which protects all the other declared rights. The Left hates rights for commoners, and doesn't need any rights for itself since the Left recognizes no limits on itself. No limits = universal options for war on the population. Remember: "Never waste a crisis!" Alinsky would be So proud.

Chait: Victimhood culture explains what is happening at Emory

Jonathan Chait and these sociologists are recognizing this a little late. Sowell has published several books on the phenomenon. I have recognized it and written about it for several years. It is a form of cultural Marxist Class War, and that has been recognized for well over a century. The “Progressives” of the early 20th century were waging their own form of Marxist three-class warfare, with themselves as the messiahs, and women as a Primary Victimhood Class, but also with the white race as a Victimhood Class being persecuted by anti-racist Republicans, and free blacks. The result of that was Democrat Jim Crow laws for controlling the blacks, and birth control, which Margaret Sanger, creator of Planned Parenthood, also heavily focused on blacks, but also for liberating women from childbirth. Both efforts were population control of oppressor classes, in favor of victimhood classes. And eugenics was practiced on “defective” humans, in the form of sterilization, by official government actions.

Today the Left has completed its “long march through the institutions”.(1) In the early 20th century, Antonio Gramsci generalized Marxist economic three-class theory into “Cultural Hegemony” theory, meaning that the “Ruling Class” determines the type of culture that is forced upon the “Ruled Class”, for the benefit of the Ruled Class. The intellectuals, which include self-selected journalists, form into a class of activists against the culture imposed by the hegemonic ruling class.

Hence the three-class system according to Gramsci meant the “cultural hegemonic class”, the victims of the cultural hegemons, and the intellectual activist class working against the cultural hegemons.

When thinking about the ongoing culture war, it becomes useful to think in terms of a designated Victimhood Class, one which contains subclasses (women; blacks; homosexuals; miscellaneous sexual disordereds; Gaia; homeless; and others as it is advantageous). Because victims must be oppressed by someone, there is the Oppressor Class which is the status quo class, which is jealous of its hegemony and power. And there is the self-ordained, self-righteous Messiah Class consisting of those who wish to be known as the ultra-moral saviors of the Victimhood Class, although all their efforts produce is the status quo of the Victimhood Class, rather than their salvation.

Chait has reduced the work of two sociologist authors, Bradley Campbell and Jason Manning, regarding Microaggressions in the Victimhood Class War, into a condensed form. The essence is that the culture has moved from honor culture, through dignity culture, and into Victimhood.

Chait:

”In brief: We’re beginning a second transition of moral cultures. The first major transition happened in the 18th and 19th centuries when most Western societies moved away from cultures of honor (where people must earn honor and must therefore avenge insults on their own) to cultures of dignity in which people are assumed to have dignity and don’t need to earn it. They foreswear violence, turn to courts or administrative bodies to respond to major transgressions, and for minor transgressions they either ignore them or attempt to resolve them by social means. There’s no more dueling.

Campbell and Manning describe how this culture of dignity is now giving way to a new culture of victimhood in which people are encouraged to respond to even the slightest unintentional offense, as in an honor culture. But they must not obtain redress on their own; they must appeal for help to powerful others or administrative bodies, to whom they must make the case that they have been victimized. It is the very presence of such administrative bodies, within a culture that is highly egalitarian and diverse (i.e., many college campuses) that gives rise to intense efforts to identify oneself as a fragile and aggrieved victim. This is why we have seen the recent explosion of concerns about microaggressions, combined with demands for trigger warnings and safe spaces, that Greg Lukianoff and I wrote about in The Coddling of the American Mind.”

I think that the following point is key:

”When the victims publicize microaggressions they call attention to what they see as the deviant behavior of the offenders. In doing so they also call attention to their own victimization. Indeed, many ways of attracting the attention and sympathy of third parties emphasize or exacerbate the low status of the aggrieved. People portray themselves as oppressed by the powerful – as damaged, disadvantaged, and needy. [They describe such practices going back to ancient Rome and India] … But why emphasize one’s victimization? Certainly the distinction between offender and victim always has moral significance, lowering the offender’s moral status. In the settings such as those that generate microaggression catalogs, though, where offenders are oppressors and victims are the oppressed, it also raises the moral status of the victims. This only increases the incentive to publicize grievances, and it means aggrieved parties are especially likely to highlight their identity as victims, emphasizing their own suffering and innocence. Their adversaries are privileged and blameworthy, but they themselves are pitiable and blameless”

The two classes, Victimhood Class and Messiah Class, are absolutely drowning in self-righteousness. And in addition, the Victimhood Class is filled with moral cowards; they appeal to the Messiah Class to both affirm their Victimhood virtuousness, and to punish the Oppressor Class with restraints as well as very real punishment.

This leads naturally to creating the reverse Victimhood effect, where the Oppressor Class itself becomes the victim of the axis of Messiah/Victimhood Classes, and some attempt to claim their own Victimhood status and need for redress.

From the conclusion:

”What we are seeing in these controversies is the clash between dignity and victimhood, much as in earlier times there was a clash between honor and dignity…”

Hence, the dignity of ALL Lives is subsumed by the Victimhood dogma, “black lives (only) matter”, as Bernie Sanders discovered and was forced to capitulate to.

There is a very interesting point made by this commenter:

Observation: The government schooling system is dominated by females, with feminism and Title IX victimhood compensation by affirmative actions often mandated by the government. Modern students are preconditioned to the Victimhood disposition (as well as egalitarianism) well before entering the Leftist, Feminist universities.

Another observation: the tactics used by the Messiah Class to attack the Oppressor Class need further analysis, because they are frequently onerous and outside the realm of reason and compassion, much less human rights and free agency. The strategy of the Messiah Class is obvious: decimation or elimination of the Oppressor Class, and the perpetuation of the Victimhood Class dependency. In other words, the reversion to hegemonic rulership, but this time with the Leftist Messiah "Intellectual Class" in the Ruling seat of power.

This has been a serious truncation of Chait’s truncation of a sociological study. So obviously if you want more depth, go to the sources. I also recommend Thomas Sowell’s groundbreaking works, including the book, “Vision of the Anointed”. The self-anointed messiahs have to be in place and responsive in order to exploit the Victimhood Classes into a full-blown cultural revolution. I think that point should be emphasized. It is not so much that the Victimhood whiners exist; it is that the messianic class affirms them, affirms their virtue, and affirms the evilness of the Oppressor Class. Currently the Messiahs control schools and universities, journalism, much of social media, and the government. When they have full control of the FCC, they will control the internet. When they control Congress and the Supreme Court, they will produce thought crime laws to match those already in place in universities. And if tolerance of the Victimhood class, Islam, is mandated, then the risk of universal Sharia becomes realistic, and the Fourth Cultural Revolution will occur.

The Obama administration is supporting several non-profit groups — with federal funding through a major White House initiative — that are part of an organized effort aimed at converting green-card holders into U.S. citizens in order to vote against Donald Trump, a Daily Caller investigation reveals.

Through an initiative called Networks for Integrating New Americans initiative, which the White House formed in April 2014, the administration has partnered with the National Partnership for New Americans (NPNA), an immigration rights umbrella organization that has denounced Trump’s “hateful rhetoric.”

In a recent post to its Facebook page, NPNA asserted that green-card holders “have the potential to change America’s electorate” by gaining citizenship. The group and its executive director is also affiliated with one of the leftist groups that helped shut down a Trump rally in Chicago earlier this month.

And through U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Obama administration has provided hundreds of thousands of dollars in grants to groups that have cited Trump as one reason that green-card holders should obtain citizenship before the general election in November.

No. There is no possible reason for the popular outrage against government. Nope. No reasons at all.

Trump, the New York billionaire developer and former reality television star, sparked outrage in Mexico when he vowed to force Latin America’s second largest economy to pay for a wall along the southern U.S. border to stem the flow of illegal immigration and drugs.

In a televised interview late on Wednesday, Finance Minister Luis Videgaray categorically rejected the proposal.

“Under no circumstance will Mexico pay for the wall that Mr. Trump is proposing,” he said. “Building a wall between Mexico and the United States is a terrible idea. It is an idea based on ignorance and has no foundation in the reality of North American integration.”

"MU assistant professor of communication Melissa Click’s interaction with a Columbia police officer during the university’s Homecoming Parade on Oct. 10 warrants a conversation with the University of Missouri System Board of Curators, MU Interim Chancellor Hank Foley said Sunday night in an emailed statement.

“Her conduct and behavior are appalling, and I am not only disappointed, I am angry, that a member of our faculty acted this way,” Foley said in a release from the MU News Bureau. “Her actions caught on camera last October, are just another example of a pattern of misconduct by Dr. Click—most notably, her assault on one of our students while seeking ‘muscle’ during a highly volatile situation on Carnahan Quadrangle in November.” …

“We must have high expectations of members of our community, and I will address these new revelations with the Board of Curators as they work to complete their own review of the matter,” Foley said in his statement."

"Paradoxes arise in attacking the West in general and the so-called European diaspora in particular. First, there is the obvious question: “Compared to what?” There are plenty of alternative cultures unstained by past Western imperialism and colonialism. Are their legacies more congenial to the present politically correct progressive agendas?

Do Islamic republics — Iran, for example — have a more reputable record of protecting gays or urban young women than does Europe or the United States? Is the venerable tradition of China more tolerant of religious and racial minorities? Would Michael Moore be permitted to be an edgier propagandist in Beijing? Are there safe spaces in Cuba or trigger warnings in Nicaragua?

In truth, the entire idea of self-criticism and self-reflection is mostly a Western aberration, not found elsewhere in the contemporary or indeed the ancient non-Western world. So critics of the West must resort to disparaging dead Westerners of a less liberal era even though there are plenty of present-day racist, homophobic, nativist, misogynist, and xenophobic cultures that would offer far easier targets for their wrath. Why pick on the fairly liberal Western societies of the past and ignore the thoroughly illiberal societies of the present?

Second, why did a million Africans and Middle Easterners freely seek out Europe last year, and why do hundreds of thousands of Mexicans and Central Americans crowd the southwestern American border? Japan is as affluent as Europe, and so is Singapore. Perhaps oil-rich Kuwait or Saudi Arabia might be preferable destinations? Why does immigration flow largely to the West? Its affluence is no longer a monopoly. But rather than affluence alone, is it respect for the individual, tolerance of dissent, and freedom of expression and religion that draw a Libyan or Pakistani toward London or Paris rather than Beijing or Mumbai? Immigration is the most concrete of all polls, in which millions vote not over their cell phones but with their feet.

Third, why do the fiercest critics of the Western and European tradition rush, like moths to a flame, to seek it out? Why do even radical Muslims migrate to largely Christian countries, while Christians do not relocate to Islamic societies? Collate what is taught in ethnic-studies classes with concurrent advocacy for illegal immigration, and the result is inevitably nonsense: By identity-politics logic, why would anyone advocate that indigenous peoples should live in a country with supposedly a long record of unfairness to indigenous peoples?

Should not immigration more logically flow in the opposite direction, as millions of those sickened by the Western pathologies seek superior models of racial and ethnic tolerance to the south, where there should be more economic opportunity for the Other? Should not ethnic-studies activists station themselves on the border, urging newcomers to turn around and avoid the racism, sexism, and classism endemic in El Norte? Should not a Chicano Studies professor urge deportation to spare illegal aliens the American ordeal that is the stuff of university seminars?

How bizarre to see the critics of capitalism line up for the newest iPhone or the most recent Air Jordan sneaker! Why would hard-left professors in California jet to Europe when they could drive to Oaxaca? Or drive Volvos when Civics are far cheaper and as reliable? Both the elites and the masses — cf. Facebook, video games, and fast food — seem to worship at the altar of capitalist excess. Ponder the progressive Obamas, whose vacations are regal in Louis XIV style; they enjoy, to the hilt, downright mean luxury — and yet seem never more proud of themselves than in the course of such indulgences. Is the logical trajectory of disdain for high-horse Christianity and typical-white-person investment really two weeks on Martha’s Vineyard?"

New Jersey School Skips Legal Battle, Will No Longer Recite “God Bless America

HADDON HEIGHTS, N.J. (CBS) — Students at a Haddon Heights Elementary School are getting a real-life lesson in Constitutional law.

Staffers at Glenview Elementary School say it became a daily ritual for students to say “God bless America” after the morning recital of the Pledge of Allegiance.

Principal Sam Sassano says it was not something the school promoted or required; it just endured as a way to honor first responders after 9/11.

“It never, to us, invoked any type of religious intentions. It was basically a patriotic gesture that the boys and girls were doing,” Sassano told KYW Newsradio.

But Sassano says the ACLU sent the school board attorney a letter challenging the recital of “God Bless America” as unconstitutional.

Rather than engage in an expensive legal battle, Sassano sent an email to parents over the weekend saying the school will look for alternate ways to honor those in the September 11th tragedy.

The ACLU bullies the weakest, and ignores the Washington DC government buildings which are covered with religious verses and mottoes. They know that the ACLU would lose if they tried to bully the actual US Government the way they do the local school districts. They are bullies, pure and simple: Atheist bullies.

Any actual literate and discriminating person who reads the First Amendment knows that the US Constitution protects religion from Atheist Asses, and does not require anything beyond prohibiting congress from passing legislation regarding religion. The ACLU is promoting an Atheist lie.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

This amendment is purely about what the US Congress may not do. Nothing else. NOTHING.

And "stare decisis" [note 1] be damned: The US Supreme Court has historically been evil itself as it promoted slavery and other racist programs which had to be overturned by subsequent courts which were not Democrat controlled. There needs to be a non-Atheist Supreme Court, which is presented with a decision on ACLU and FFRF bullying of small fry organizations which can't fight back.
