Late Comments
For some unknown reason, some comments are showing up very late - like half a day - after they are submitted. I do post them as soon as I get them. Maybe Blogger is still healing itself.

Stan, I posted to the Ecclesiastical Suicide thread a while ago and it still hasn't shown. Might have been around when moderation was turned off. Should I resend it?
Sam, Moderation was turned on because I no longer wish for your comments to disrupt this blog. I said as much at the time. I'm returning to moderation now, after opening it during a brief illness.
