A Story With Two Disconnects

First the Headline:
"Antigun Democratic California State Sen. Leland Yee charged with trafficking firearms in sweeping FBI probe.
First disconnect: the FBI actually investigated a Democrat?

Second disconnect: they actually arrested him? (you thought the disconnect was the antigunner who was running guns, didn't you?

There's no disconnect involved with a Democrat being corrupt. A whole bunch more were run off, if not yet arrested today as well, including the Democrat mayor of Charlotte NC, Patrick Cannon, for taking $48k in bribes; and Keith Farnam, Democrat Illinois state rep, resigned under probe for child porn; Pa. State Sen. LeAnna Washington [Democrat] ordered to stand trial, fundraiser fraud; Agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation raided the Albany office of Assemblyman William Scarborough [Democrat] this morning, possible voucher fraud; Law enforcement officials raided the office and home of House Speaker Gordon Fox on Friday as part of a criminal investigation by the U.S. attorney’s office, FBI, IRS and state police.

Not a bad day's haul, but it's just a start.
