Feminism was hot this year. The most instructive feminist position int 2014 was its total silence on the actual Rape Culture of Rotherham, England. The paradox of a protected minority raping a protected minority confounded the feministas into total silence. Absent a white male oppressor group to attack, there was no outrage at all from the Messiahs. And that makes it obvious that abuse of the designated Victimhood Class means nothing to feminists; it is the hatred of white males that motivates them, and only that.
This demonstrates the internal non-coherence of all Social Justice principles. For example, "black lives matter" only when they are taken by whites, never by blacks. There is no riotous outrage over the daily murders of blacks by blacks. There is no outrage over a mob of blacks hammering a white to death.
Outrage occurs not due to the type of crime, nor the designated class of the victim of the crime. Outrage is reserved for the hated class: white men; whites in general; cops. And since the outrage is fully moralized, anything done in the name of moral outrage is itself moral. De Blasio proved that.
