At some point, I have to wonder if these people are able to do more than just act emotionally. They can't think. They can't see something for themselves and understand it. They have be told what they see. They follow a script to a 'T' over and over again.
It's like they took their ability to reason and chucked it in exchange for a bowl of thin gruel.
