Remember how the Tea Party was accused of violence, yet it was the Tea Party people who were assaulted by protestors.

The Left is "morally justified" for anything - ANYTHING - they do. That's how we know that they are Atheists. Because if one is a messiah, then one can make up the rules for everyone else: that's how messiahs work, right? And if one has that sort of god-power, then there is no other god who is superior to them. It's good to be a messiah; you cannot be wrong no matter what you do, because as god you are by definition Always Right. And to oppose god is heresy, evil, and that sin must be punished.
