When President Hillary finally coughs up her vagina and is replaced in the presidency by Veep Thomas Perez, the possibility of "hate speech" being deemed prosecutable is likely, starting in the form of prosecuting critics of Islam. After all, the Department of Justice and its Civil Rights section are already exclusively Leftist.
