Clinton Skates?

The corruption continues

As if we needed more confirmation that there is no rule of law in the USA:
According to sources that are familiar with the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton‘s use of a private email server, the former Secretary of State is not expected to face charges in the probe. This, according to CNN’s Senior Producer Edward Mejia Davis, who took to Twitter shortly ago to indicate the likely announcement of “no charges”:
Edward Mejia Davis @TeddyDavisCNN
Sources tell CNN's Evan Perez: expectation is that there will be announcement of no charges in Clinton email probe w/in next two weeks or so
The world of the 1980s appears to have gone full circle. The Americans are evil totalitarians bent on global conquest through their third-world proxies, the Russians are good guys defending Christianity, and Italy's politicians are less criminal and corrupt than their US counterparts.

Consider this MSN headline:

"FBI is not recommending charges against Clinton in email probe"

Followed by this MSN headline above the story:

"FBI ending Clinton email probe, referring for prosecutorial decision -director"

Followed by this short story:

"WASHINGTON, July 5 (Reuters) - FBI Director James Comey said on Tuesday the agency is completing its yearlong probe of Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server while secretary of state, and will refer its findings to the Justice Department for a decision on whether it merits prosecution."

"Clinton, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, gave a voluntary 3-1/2-hour interview with the Federal Bureau of Investigation on Saturday in Washington.
"

Comey punted to the DOJ. He can now claim that he was not responsible for the decision to allow Clinton to blatantly violate the law and then cover it up.

Lynch will now claim that since the FBI did not find sufficient evidence to recommend prosecution, nothing Clinton has done rises to the level of an indictable crime. (There could not have been the slightest whiff of corruption in Lynch meeting with Slick Willie on the tarmac immediately prior to the FBI announcement.)

The "rule of law" is dead in America. This is the final nail in the coffin.

Vox Day put it quite succinctly here:

What "Independence" day?

"America is dead. Let us go, then, and find her."

Yabbut do focus on the phrasing he used. He knew just handing it back to Lynch would result in a whitewash. He chose to release the news to the public himself...

Some folks translate it as 'hey, peasants, the rules are different for us, so shut up and get back to work'. Others, like me, chose to see it as a warning - "look, these rules are supposed to apply to everyone, but they don't apply to Clinton, because: reasons."

Now Lynch can't deny that her mistress, the Vagina Supreme, is either stupid or a crook - and is thus, to anyone not already hopelessly corrupt, unelectable.
