Rockville Superintendent: Complaining about illegals raping students is racist

The gruesome rape of a 14-year old by two unauthorized immigrants has raised concerns of America’s broken borders even in the very Democratic county of Montgomery, Maryland. The sudden demands by parents to enforce immigration law is not sitting well with liberal elected officials who are pushing back by calling them “racist” and “xenophobic.”

Parents from all over Rockville, including many Democrats, are looking for answers and some are even demanding the county stop granting benefits to unauthorized immigrants.
Enforce the law? Say What? That's racist, and to suggest it means that you should be investigated for hate crimes and possibly incarcerated. Besides, as Whoopi told us, it's not "rape-rape", because it's a cultural thing, ya know, and multiculturalism is our strength. We must expand our consciousnesses to accommodate the cultures of others, because all cultures are equal. So a little rape comes with the territory, as we progress - Progress, mind you - toward our multi-culti utopia-nirvana-shangri la, run by us (of course, who else in moral enough?).

Notice they hold this despicable stance until one of their own is raped. Then, only when they themselves are actual victims, does rape become a crime greater than 'raciss'.

It's not that hard to understand: illegals are less likely to commit crimes, statistically. Therefore, pointing out individual crimes committed by some illegal immigrants is irrelevant and only serves an anti-immigration agenda, to increase fear of the 'others'.

This does not mean that we should not enforce immigration laws. We should make sure no more illegal immigrants cross the border, as much as possible, or that they don't overstay legal visas. Situations are not always that simple for those who have been here for long though, and the number of undocumented immigrants is just too big to mean anything when Trump and his mindless supporters want to deport them all. What about the kids born here 10-15-20+ years ago, should we depot them too!?

Ah but it's so much simpler to scream Build That Wall!!!!!!

Every illegal alien has broken the law. Every one of them. It's not that hard to understand.

There's a reason that we can't send them back: there are too many of them. Too many lawbreakers. And that is because Obama and the Left opened the door to them, and refused to obey and enforce the law... making Obama the biggest lawbreaker in the USA.

And yes, they should be sent back. Every one of them. If they don't have a legitimate green card, they are breaking the law every day they are here.

Since you don't care about that, then that would make you a scofflaw and in the limit, an abettor.

If enforcing the law is a bad thing, which you imply it is, then should we change it? Should we declare there to be no borders at all to the USA, making the USA a non-nation? Everyone come on in, no papers, no sweat. Hop onto welfare, and send plenty of cash back home. Don't bother with customary processes, learning the language, learning western culture and civility. All that stuff is evil anyway.

That is what Obama, Alinsky, all Democrats and Marxists want to implement, and actually did implement for 8 sorry years.

As for the anchor babies born to illegals who had no legal residency and who defy the jurisdiction of the state, they violated the US Constitution, Amendment XIV, Section 1, first sentence: they are to have legal residency, and they are to be subject to jurisdiction. Anchor babies have been born under illegal/unlawful circumstances, and except for the illegal actions of their parents, they would not have been born in the USA. They have no legal residency, and they have no respect for the jurisdiction of the state. The state must have no respect for the unlawful birth.

There are kids here today, entering college, who realize that they were undocumented all this time. What on Earth does this have to do with Obama? Do the math FFS!

As to applying the law, re-read what I wrote here. I said YES LET'S ENFORCE THE LAW! But you really think we should deport every single one of them? Are you insane? This would achieve what exactly? Just say it. Please list the advantages. Go on, I am listening.

In the meantime, the obvious is this: it's not good for a country to suddenly dispose of millions of its residents, even if they are illegals. They don't receive much benefits from the government, given that they are illegals, remember? And their kids are going to school, becoming good productive Americans. The only reason to kick them out is some misplaced righteousness where the Law is above anything else, including Economics and Justice.

Don't you know why we have judges in this country? To enforce, apply, AND INTERPRET the Law. That's why white rapists like that Stanford kid get away with less time in prison than Black dudes who just look suspicious. The same thing should apply to illegal immigrants. Apply the law: force them to become legal residents, under conditions, or kick them out. Interpret the situation, look at how productive they were, whether they were good law-abiding, productive residents, if yes, why not give them a chance? Again, just explain why your blanket statement is more rational. I see no reason at all!

Yes there are. And there are many more that will enter college after Obama let them in and spread them around the country. They will be on the taxpayer dime. So what’s your point? Do you think that math makes lawbreaking OK? Apparently that is your position.

As to applying the law, re-read what I wrote here. I said YES LET'S ENFORCE THE LAW! But you really think we should deport every single one of them? Are you insane? This would achieve what exactly? Just say it. Please list the advantages. Go on, I am listening.

Apparently it is you who is insane. First you say YES LET'S ENFORCE THE LAW! And then you think it is insane to actually do so. And then you ask what enforcing the law would achieve. If you are unable to support enforcing the law, why would you say, YES LET'S ENFORCE THE LAW! when you are unable to see any reason to do so?

In the meantime, the obvious is this: it's not good for a country to suddenly dispose of millions of its residents, even if they are illegals.

Oh really?? Based on what data? Now you are concerned for the fate of the country? That's a promising note.

They don't receive much benefits from the government, given that they are illegals, remember?

Absolutely false. They were immediately put on welfare and Medicaid, and receive a government stipend. Where have you been?

Why are you ignoring this??? This is the point here. Enforcing the law does NOT mean to just blindly deport everybody on the spot. It's the same as any other way of enforcing the law. Are people put in jail right away when caught stealing? Heck no, judges can be lenient, look at the circumstances, etc... of course you ignore these question because it's so much simpler to just say 'deport the f*ckers'.

Stan, this guy blanked his 'nym. That's deliberate.

That alone might not be enough to condemn him, but he has made at least two contradictory statements in the last post.

I don't think reason is strong in this one. He's writing as though simply feeling a certain way is all the proof you need to assert your will over another.

But by all means, string his irrational statements out and refute them. I will go and get the popcorn...

And their kids are going to school, becoming good productive Americans.

They are NOT Americans, no matter how many times you say it. Repeating the Big Lie doesn’t work around here. Most of them do not even speak English, and are therefore saddled with learning disabilities which detract from resources intended for American students.

The only reason to kick them out is some misplaced righteousness where the Law is above anything else, including Economics and Justice.

So your righteousness supersedes Law? Very interesting, because that is the standard position of Atheo-Leftist elitist self-anointed messiahs who wish to turn this country into a secular theocracy based on their superior moral ability – which they claim to have, just because they say so.

Don't you know why we have judges in this country? To enforce, apply, AND INTERPRET the Law.

No. That is Leftist relativism. The law is clear; they are lawbreakers. You on the other hand are a scofflaw who wants to use the Post Modern deconstructionist “words mean only what I say they mean” fleeing from the truth of the law and its intent. Law never applies to the Left; Hillary proved that; Obama proved that; Obama’s entire cabinet proved that. The Left loves to MAKE laws, not OBEY laws.

That's why white rapists like that Stanford kid get away with less time in prison than Black dudes who just look suspicious.

The Stanford kid didn’t get his just desserts. So what does that have to do with illegal Muslims and Cubans and who knows who-all streaming over the southern border? Nothing. Nothing whatsoever. But you use that case to condemn the entire system as racist, as if the Democrat KKK terrorists were running it.

The same thing should apply to illegal immigrants. Apply the law: force them to become legal residents, under conditions, or kick them out.

The legal immigration process is at capacity now, and the legal limits on legal immigration do not reach into the millions, never has and never will.

Interpret the situation, look at how productive they were, whether they were good law-abiding, productive residents, if yes, why not give them a chance?

Because they have shown no respect for American law. It’s really that simple. Apparently you don’t either, because you want to violate it purely out of emotion, not out of respect for law or respect for the autonomy of the USA or its borders. Allowing the violations to stand will induce a standard mega-flow across our borders forever, or until a wall is built to stop it. The drain on the nation will bring it to third world status in a generation or less, because the third world will be its main inhabitants. But actually there would be a revolution before that.

Again, just explain why your blanket statement is more rational. I see no reason at all!

You can’t see any reason because you are not engaging in reason. You are engaging in feels-guud, false empathy, and with no thought for the obvious natural consequences.

The natural consequences include the revulsion against the treason of the deep state, which is waging war on the duly elected President of the United States, abetted by the entire Democrat Party.

Another revolution is not inconceivable. Law is necessary; treason at the top and scofflaw at the bottom are a disaster for any nation.

Most of them don’t even speak English!? What one Earth are you talking about? I gave the specific examples of kids who were born here, grew up here, go to school here, and are now old enough to want to go to college or find work. Tell me exactly what you think we should do with these kids. Deport them? Where, why, how?

No I am not placing my righteousness above the Law, I am telling YOU that this is what YOU are doing. You refuse to answer questions as to how we should apply the law in these specific cases. You think that applying the law, in this case, is the only thing that matters, when in so many other cases this is not how it works. Judges are there for a reason! They apply the law and give consequences proportional to the severity of the infraction. This is why I raised the example of the rapists who got away with almost no consequences. Where is your anger and demands for these laws to be enforced? Why aren’t you writing articles after articles about how these rapists should be a priority? Your article was about rape after all, so why don’t you suggest reasonable approaches to help eradicate rape? Kicking out illegal immigrants would not solve any of this.

You’re the one who is using emotion instead of reason. You gave no reason to care that much about the illegal immigrants living here that we should, for instance, increase the budget allotted to enforcing the already existing laws. You’re only argument is that they have shown no respect for the American law. Big deal! As if Americans were more respectful of the law!? We have billionaires sending their money offshore to avoid taxes, big corporations giving as much money as they possibly can to influence politics through lobbying and shady deals, drug usage skyrocketing in the rust belt, not to mention the freaking POTUS recorded saying that he literally can assault women, grab them by the pussy, walk on them while getting dressed and nobody did anything. How many laws did he violate doing just that?? Oh but let’s blame the illegal immigrants living here for decades, they show no respect for the law...

Give it up, Kirk. Your psychoblabble doesn't work here.

Kirk,
You have hung yourself out to dry, and so you go into tirade mode and straight into irrationality.

1. I said that anchor babies are born to non-residents which under Amendment XIV is illegal. You totally ignored that, and went ballistic over a non-related comment about education of illegals - your own subject.

2. You claimed that the Law is subservient to your other preferences.

3. You claim that removing Illegal Aliens won't stop their rapes.

4. You claim that a Tu Quoque Fallacy is reasoning: You hate Trump, so Illegals are OK. That is totally irrational.

Sorry. You are off the rails, and your rants are both irrational and highly emotional, filled with hate and anger. You continually prove the point regarding the Left: despite claiming reasoning and logic, what they exhibit is hate, anger, blustering and ill-concealed tendencies to violence out of their false sense of self-righteousness.

Try to make a calm, disciplined deductive case for not applying the law, despite your all-caps claim that the law should be applied. Leave out your emotions, your false sense of Leftist empathy, superiority and entitlement, and your hate/anger. OK?

Nice try, but you are troll - you don't engage, you misrepresent, you write inflammatory things just for shits and giggles. You made that very clear with your trolling of the SPLC.

I feel stupid for thinking you were serious. Good job, I guess. Peace.

Steven Satak said...

"You are troll?"

That's not bad english, that's english as a second language.

Stan engages. You just can't handle it. Dismissing everything Stan wrote with 'Nice try..."? That, Kirk, is trolling. It's also not bothering to read what the man wrote, because you never intended to do more than drop a turd here and then play the victim.

You *feel* stupid? Guess why, Kirk. Yeah, that's right.
