How Quickly He Was Lost To The Enemies Of Sanity
If El Destructo is intellectually lost to the concept of Federalism and The Wall, then removal in 2020 seems more probable than before. Just not for the previous reasons (impeachment and conviction won't happen; but open rebellion might).
