They decided to “denormalize” the Trump presidency, and now they’re unhappy that they aren’t being treated in a normal fashion. A modicum of old-fashioned professionalism would have prevented this, but they’re no longer capable of sustaining that.
The media is seen for what it is: self-entitled, elitist liars and pajama boys.

I am still trying to figure out what is powering the perpetual hate machine on the Left, that eternal desire of theirs to tear down and destroy anything that is not simply themselves. Like Mister Trump.
Ego, near as I can tell, or the feeding of it. John C. Wright has more to say on it, and he says it better, but that's what it boils down to.
I think it goes like this:
a) It is True that there is no Truth.
b) So that Truth is the only Truth, except:
c) What I think is Truth. It is brute fact, unquestionably True, no evidence needed and no contrary evidence accepted.
d) What dissent to brute fact, i.e., what I think is True, is then, obviously falseness.
e) I think that Truth, as I define it, is morally imperative. Therefore it is an unquestionable brute fact that my Truth is morally imperative.
f) Dissent, then, is immoral. In fact, it is evil.
g)Therefore, any dissent must be crushed, because it is evil. Crushing evil is a moral imperative.
h) Any tactic, any action whatsoever, is moral when it is designed to crush evil, which is dissent from my thinking, which is Truth.
i) And of course, there is no Truth other than my Truth. I am the arbiter of Truth for all of humanity. It is obvious that I should govern the global population. They must be taught my Truth. Dissent must be eradicated. Utopia will result.
