Lamborghini with Body-Super Capacitor

Lamborghini creates world's first 'self-healing' sports car
Super Capacitors have existed since at least the 1990s, when I first heard of them. So in its limited understanding, perhaps the hype is correct, so far as the use of that single component is concerned. If it is true, the use of the body of the vehicle to host a huge super cap is somewhere between brilliant and potentially deadly. What happens when the body incurs more than just a crack fracture in a crash? Shorting out such a huge charge container might be... um... spectacular/fearsome. We'll see. If it is self-driving too, then that might be soon.
