The Science is Settled...?

One of the top factors in the AGW question is the issue of clouds and how much energy they reflect vs. how much they absorb, as well as whether clouds will increase or decrease if warming happens. For the state of that science, see this article in Reason.

If anyone said it was "settled", they were referring to CO2 being the dominating factor since 1980.

Unsettled is still how much warming, the effects of that warming, and what, if anything, to do about it.
