A prodigy with a measured IQ of 206, Volokh graduated from UCLA at the age of 15. He now is a pre-eminent legal mind and constitutional scholar, and is a "libertarianish conservative or a conservativish libertarian". And he is the author of the highly influential legal opinion blog, "The Volokh Conspiracy".
