If It Is NOT Radical Islam Then What Is It?

DNC Ad Attacking Republicans for Saying ‘Radical Islam’ Is Laughably Stupid
"A new ad from the Democratic National Committee attacks Republican presidential candidates for using the term “radical Islam.” Entitled “Inciting fear isn’t presidential,” the ad argues that the use of the term is offensive to Muslims.

I’ve seen my share of nasty, bizarre, and over-the-top political ads. But this may be the first that I can honestly say is just plain stupid.

To begin with, the ad is horribly tone-deaf. I don’t doubt that the decision-makers in the Democratic Party are horrified by the phrase “radical Islam.” But a new poll released today on the issue found that a supermajority of Americans agree that the United States is at war with radical Islam, including 56% of Democratic voters. Only 24% of the country agrees with the president. So right off the bat, the Democratic Party is attacking Republicans for a stance their own voters agree with.

But of course, the ad attacked Republicans for just saying “radical Islam,” not saying we’re at war with it. Well, 92% of Americans also say “radical Islamic terrorism” is a serious threat to the United States. But hey, at least the DNC is making inroads with that 8%.

To say nothing of the timing behind the ad. Literally any other time of the year, voters might have just rolled their eyes at the unbearable PC-ness of it all. But the DNC ad comes after a series of major terrorist attacks across the globe… and after President Barack Obama gave a speech in response that left the impression that he was more fired up about attacking his domestic critics than taking on ISIS. To attack Republicans for “inciting fear” about radical Islam in the wake of nonstop news about radical Islamic terror is just an unbelievable misfire."

Wait, wait, don't tell me: The DNC is using George DAMN Bush as its paragon of being Presidential and supporting the DEMOCRAT position?!? That certainly entails the possibility of little Jeb! doing the switcheroo thing and jumping to the Democrat party if that nasty Donald Trump steals his birthright and becomes the "official" GOP candidate for 2016.

Oh, how quickly we forget our own memes!

"Bush lied, people died."

Uh, dimwits: if Bush "lied" about WMDs, then why do you believe him when he makes demonstrably false statements about Islam?!?

Who are you going to believe understands "true" Islam: an Islamic Caliph with Bachelor, Masters and PHD degrees from the Islamic University of Iraq OR some yahoo cowboy from Texas who only got to be President because the Supreme Court selected him? Why, he's so dumb he only had a "C" average from Yale, making him dumber than the illustrious, deeply nuanced John François Kerry, who only managed to get a "D" average from Yale. (What is that old joke about "What do you call the guy who graduated from medical school at the bottom of his class? Doctor". In this case, we almost elected the dumbest guy who graduated from Yale to be President. Truth, always stranger than fiction.)

On the other hand, the Democrats certainly have no problems with their current "Muslim" President or the prospective "Vagina" President, who both have lied so many times on so many issues that the Democrat base thinks both are liars and untrustworthy. But WTH, they will vote for anyone or anything with a D after it, no matter what, so who cares if they lied?

I just wish that they would FIRST kill the dumb-ass politicians who keep distorting their message. That might heat the water sufficiently to get the damned frog to jump out of the pot of boiling water.

The more I understand the mind-set of the Leftist politician, the more I believe Europe would have met its doom anyway, vwith or without Islam. With Islam it's just a faster path to destruction.
