I hope that article is a joke, according to https://www.ageofconsent.net/world/austria, a 10 year old child in Austria cannot legally consent to sex at all, even if he did wish to be used by a 20 year old man, the language barrier is irrelevant. How difficult is it to not rape a kid? No one should be giving a child sex predator a free pass, migrant or no.
