"From the very first moments of the terrorist attack on the U.S. compound in Benghazi on September 11, 2012, then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her top aides were advised that the compound was under a terrorist attack. In fact, less than two hours into the attack, they were told that the al-Qaeda affiliate in Libya, Ansar al-Sharia, had claimed responsibility.
These revelations and others are disclosed by a trove of e-mails and other documents pried from the State Department by Judicial Watch in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit. The FOIA litigation focuses on Mrs. Clinton’s involvement in the government actions before, during, and after the Benghazi attack, in which Christopher Stevens, the U.S. ambassador to Libya, was murdered by terrorists. Also killed in the attack were State Department information management officer Sean Smith, and two former Navy SEALs, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty, who were contract security employees and who had fought heroically, saving numerous American lives. At least ten other Americans were wounded, some quite seriously."

How come Judicial Watch can force the State Dept. to cough up the Hillary emails, yet Congress cannot force the IRS to cough up Lois Lerner's emails?
The IRS IG now says that over 32,774 Lerner emails have been recovered from the backups, with more possibly recoverable.

I said from the beginning that the IRS was lying about email being "missing." Every agency of the government REQUIRES rigorous backup systems and procedures to be in place for ALL government computer systems. Those backups must be redundant and kept off-site. The claim that (somehow) Lerner's individual PC had a "malfunction" on the hard rive, eliminating all copies of her emails, was technologically LUDICROUS! I wish Congress would require identification of the system administrators responsible for those backups. They should be charged with criminal conspiracy and jailed, along with the lying politicos and appointees.
I love the "punch line" from DIG for Investigations Timothy Camus:
In an exchange with Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH), Camus revealed there is "potential criminal activity" involved in the disappearance and hiding of emails belonging to IRS officials involved in the targeting of conservatives between 2010 and 2012.
“There is potential criminal activity," Camus said.
REALLY?!? Do you think MAYBE something more than "potential"?!?
NOTHING to see here, folks. we have more important things to do, like stopping that Israeli terrorist Netanyahu from blowing the lid off our secret plan to allow Iran to continue developing its nuclear weapons capability.
