Atheists have formed their own political party. The party is growing, with members in all states. Claiming to represent the position of Atheism in political affairs, the NAP seems pretty much indistinguishable from any other leftist group. I doubt that many politicians will seek the support of the NAP.
I wonder if this can be an admission that conservative Atheists are outliers in the Atheist population? Or perhaps they will need to start their own party too?

The church is usually one of the traditional institutions that conservatives are trying to conserve so conservative atheists are less likely. But the more parties the better.
The 'National Atheist Party'?
