Planned Parenthood, Caught Selling Body Parts on the Black Market

Planned Parenthood's Fetal Flaw

"We may never know the full extent of evil that goes on behind Planned Parenthood's closed doors. But we know enough. In a world where killing is currency and empires are built on the backs of innocent children, maybe nothing should surprise us. And yet, it does -- with every new story of the abortion industry's inhumanity.

This morning, pro-lifers awoke to another scandal: the news that Planned Parenthood -- the same organization President Obama routinely praises, speaks to, and fundraises for -- is involved in a black market of body parts. The ghoulish details are the subject of an undercover video just released by the Center for Medical Progress (CMP), featuring a woman extremely high up in Planned Parenthood's chain of command: Senior Director of Medical Services Dr. Deborah Nucatola.

In a nonchalant conversation over lunch, when most people would have lost their appetite, Nucatola tamely describes how she orchestrates abortions to produce the "intact parts" clients want. Posing as buyers from a human biologics company, CMP carefully pulls back the curtain on the dark world of human harvesting. Like something out of a science fiction novel, Nucatola casually explains that the organization charges anywhere from $30 to $100 per piece, depending on the demand for the specific organ or tissue.

"There is not [an abortion] provider out there," she says enthusiastically, "who doesn't want this. Everybody just sees this as a way to add another layer of good on top of what they're already doing." With shocking clarity, Nucatola sips her wine and talks about how she personally coaches clinics to perform abortions that minimize the damage on the baby's profitable parts. "If you maintain enough of a dialogue with the person who's actually doing the procedure, so they understand what the end-game is, there are little things, changes they can make in their technique to increase your success."

So then, she explains, "you're just kind of cognizant of where you put your graspers. You try to intentionally go above and below the thorax, so that, you know, we've been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I'm not gonna crush that part, I'm going to basically crush below, I'm gonna crush above, and I'm gonna see if I can get it all intact." Sometimes, Nucatola shares, she studies the abortion schedule of the day on the lookout for marketable organs. "I'll actually collect what you want sometimes, and put it aside." So you do that, CMP asks? "If I see it. Why not? I'm right there. Oh, for sure, I mean to me, I don't know, it makes the procedure that much better..."

Of course, Nucatola cautions over and over again, Planned Parenthood is extremely careful not to look like they're cashing in on the arrangement -- despite the bodies of evidence to the contrary. For obvious reasons, the organization doesn't openly admit to scavenging unborn children for their parts. Like most of its business model, this wouldn't exactly help Planned Parenthood's struggling PR image.

But public opinion should be the least of the group's concerns. Trafficking in human body parts is a serious crime (not that the law has ever stopped Planned Parenthood before). Violating the partial-birth abortion ban alone is punishable by $250,000 and/or up to 2 years in prison. Add selling human fetal tissue, and Cecile Richards's group is looking at a federal felony with a half-million dollar fine and 10-year jail term. Yet when CMP explained in a separate video what help Nucatola had been with their harvesting efforts, Richards replied, "Oh, good. Great. She's amazing." Meaning that the knowledge of this fetal farming goes all the way to the top.

For an organization whose hands are already dirtied by sex trafficking, gender targeting, unsanitary clinic conditions, multi-million dollar fraud, and sexual abuse cover-ups -- dismembering babies for sale is hardly the kind of retail business you want to hang a shingle over. And yet Americans continue to be unwilling investors in this taxpayer-funded Frankenstein. If this doesn't persuade the government to act, I don't know what will. It's time for Congress to launch an immediate investigation into Planned Parenthood's grisly side business. Pick up the phone and call your congressman (some of whom are already speaking out) and demand a full-scale inquiry on the President's favorite "nonprofit.""

If you can stand it, watch the cavalier attitude of the Planned Parenthood representative when discussing the design of the dismemeberment procedure for preserving fetal organs for sale on the black market. The video below might disappear soon; Planned Parenthood is the darling of the Left.

The Left has maintained that Planned Parenthood (and all abortion providers) should have zero oversight, zero health code requirements, zero visibility into what goes on inside their abattoirs. This outrage is the thoroughly predictable result, given the total lack of morality involved in the entire concept of abortion. This should be clear to everyone who knows that Planned Parenthood does not want their victims to see sonograms of the human they are carrying, nor do they want their victims to have a wait time to think it over before killing their progeny, nor do they want a physician on staff who is registered at the local hospital. Planned Parenthood gets paid for the killing, not for NOT killing.

And now they get paid even more by engaging in the black market for body parts.

They likely will suffer no consequences for this; the Left is about power and not about justice on an individual scale, as is the case with individual defenseless humans at that particular stage of their lives. To speak for such defenseless humans is now almost a crime, because it is twisted to seem as if it is an attack on the mother of the infant by denying her the right to kill. The right of a mother to kill surpasses the right of the infant to life. That's the world we live in.

Brady Center Goes Face-first Into Its Own Muck

I am amazed at this turn of events:
Judge orders Brady Center to pay ammo dealer’s legal fees after dismissing lawsuit

"A federal judge has ordered that the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence pay the legal fees of an online ammunition dealer it sued for the Aurora movie theater shooting.

The order, which was issued last week, comes after Judge Richard P. Matsch dismissed the gun control group's suit that sought to hold Lucky Gunner legally responsible for the 2012 shooting. The Brady Center had argued in their suit that the way Lucky Gunner sells ammunition is "unreasonably dangerous and create a public nuisance."

"A crazed, homicidal killer should not be able to amass a military arsenal, without showing his face or answering a single question, with the simple click of a mouse," Brady Center's Legal Action Project Director Jonathan Lowy said at the time. "If businesses choose to sell military-grade equipment online, they must screen purchasers to prevent arming people like James Holmes."

Judge Matsch disagreed with the Brady Center's argument. He said the suit was filed for propaganda purposes. "It is apparent that this case was filed to pursue the political purposes of the Brady Center and, given the failure to present any cognizable legal claim, bringing these defendants into the Colorado court where the prosecution of James Holmes was proceeding appears to be more of an opportunity to propagandize the public and stigmatize the defendants than to obtain a court order," he said in his order.

Lucky Gunner praised the court's decision and vowed to do everything in its power to recover the money awarded to it by the ruling.

"The federal judge on the case ruled it was apparent that this suit was filed to pursue the Brady Center's 'political purposes' and was used as an 'opportunity to propagandize the public,'" Lucky Gunner spokesman Anthony Welsch said. "Lucky Gunner agrees with the court's assessment and continues to do all it can to hold the Brady Center accountable for legal fees awarded in the case."
Lucky Gunner should counter sue the Brady Center for ideological harassment. Ammunition is not illegal to own or sell. A dealer is not a psychiatrist. Brady Center was not injured. The only basis for this lawsuit was to harass Lucky Gunner. Since the tables have turned, Lucky Gunner should push back to the limit.

New Rules For Engagement: The Death of Civility and Tolerance in AtheoLeftist USA

The lawless Left will likely be shocked when their lawlessness persecution of the Other results in a counterbalancing lawlessness in defense of law and morality by those who are being "othered".
Liberals May Regret Their New Rules
Kurt Schlichter

"And then liberals would be well advised to ask themselves who will be willing to fight and die to preserve their power and policies. In contrast, there are an awful lot of people willing to fight and die for their religion and our Constitution.

And let’s be blunt – these are the people with most of the guns and the training to use them. That’s the reality of the rule of force. I’ve seen it – it’s there behind me in that photo.

Now, this will no doubt draw the lie that I am somehow advocating violence. The current liberal habit of shamelessly lying about their opponents makes civil debate impossible. Similarly, the mockery of non-liberals before stacked audiences of trained seals a la Jon Stewart is part and parcel of the same strategy of delegitimizing any opposition. Closing down the option of discussion leaves their opponents with only the option of action. So far, the action has only been in funding campaigns for oppressed pizzerias and in the voting booth – though they’ve trying to nullify that too.

I’m not advocating violence – I am warning liberals that they are setting the conditions for violence."
I am less sanguine about the avoidance of violence. It is rational to meet violence in kind, even more rational to meet violence with a stronger in kind that which is dealt; that is an accepted principle of self-defense. In terms of cancer and its ideological equivalent, Class War, radical excision of the metastasized and surrounding potentially infected is absolutely necessary. It is rational to reject and eject the irrational. But it is difficult to stop there as the French Revolution and its descent into terror proved.

The key to a rational excision of lawlessness without producing the contrary mindless but balancing lawlessness is to either negotiate a rational accommodation, or to exercise contrary power, albeit temporarily lawless, earlier than the French did in the cycle of oppression.

I frankly can't see that happening, either way. The current AtheoLeft negotiates with America's enemies, not with Americans. And it has created a domestic army which it has armed to the teeth against American citizens while opening the borders to illegal entry by foreigners of all stripes. Any internal insurrection would need to be terrorist in nature, with secret attacks - and that goes against the grain of the princples still retained by traditional Americans - so far.

So the most likely eventuality will be the full-out revolution after the AtheoLeftist persecution of the morally principled becomes far too onerous to bear any longer. That means there will be considerable damage and flow of blood.
"Liberals need to understand the reality that rarely penetrates their bubble. Non-liberal Americans (it’s more than just conservatives who are under the liberal establishment’s heel) are the majority of this country. They hold power in many states and regions in unprecedented majorities. And these attacks focus on what they hold dearest – their religion, their families and their freedom.

What is the end game, liberals? Do you expect these people you despise to just take it? Do you think they’ll just shrug their shoulders and say, “Well, I guess we better comply?” Do you even know any real Americans? Do you think you’ll somehow be able to force them into obedience – for what is government power but force – after someone finally says “Enough?”"
Totalitarians have just the one end game: force by whatever means. They are now emboldened to use it all against their own countrymen... because they are the religion of correctness and new morality which is just this: dogmatic totalitarian paganism.
"Liberals think this free society just sort of happened, that they can poke and tear at its fabric and things will just go on as before. But they won’t. So at the end of the day, if you want a society governed by the rule of force, you better pray that you’re on the side with the guns and those who know how to use them."
I practice with mine.

Iraq's WMD Stash

New York Times: There were WMDs in Iraq - 4,996 chemical warheads were discovered and destroyed during the Iraq war.
"The United States recovered thousands of old chemical weapons in Iraq from 2004 to 2009 and destroyed almost all of them in secret and via open-air detonation, according to a written summary of its activities prepared by the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, the international body that monitors implementation of the global chemical weapons treaty.

The 30-page summary, prepared after quietly held meetings between the organization’s technical staff and American officials in Washington in 2009, was provided to The New York Times by the Pentagon on Friday.

It included a table disclosing limited details on 95 separate recoveries and destructions of chemical warheads, shells or aviation bombs, for a total of 4,530 munitions from May 2004 through February 2009 — a period of often intense fighting in Iraq.

The United States later recovered more Iraqi chemical weapons, pushing its tally to 4,996 by early 2011, according to redacted intelligence documents obtained by The Times via the Freedom of Information Act.

The weapons destroyed through early 2009, the newly released report said, included some that contained chemical agents, others that were corroded and degraded, and some that appeared to have been previously demilitarized but that the United States destroyed “to err on the side of safety and security.”

Its authors noted that none of the weapons had been recently manufactured. All were legacy items from Iraq’s chemical weapons program in the 1980s and early 1990s. That program had been rushed into production during the Iran-Iraq War and then destroyed in the 1991 Gulf War and the period of United Nations inspections that followed.

“All munitions found were left over from pre-1991 Iraqi program,” the report said."

Moral Clarity on Gaza: Krauthammer

Moral clarity? In a lawless world with no morals? Krauthammer actually uses historical facts, recent history even, to bolster what should be practical, common-sense regarding the non-country which refuses both to form a nation and to allow its neighbor any legitimate existence.

From Charles Krauthammer in the Washington Post, I copy the entire article, which I have never done before (that I can recall):
Israel accepts an Egyptian-proposed Gaza cease-fire; Hamas keeps firing. Hamas deliberately aims rockets at civilians; Israel painstakingly tries to avoid them, actually telephoning civilians in the area and dropping warning charges, so-called roof knocking.

“Here’s the difference between us,” explains the Israeli prime minister. “We’re using missile defense to protect our civilians, and they’re using their civilians to protect their missiles.”
Charles Krauthammer writes a weekly political column that runs on Fridays. View Archive

Rarely does international politics present a moment of such moral clarity. Yet we routinely hear this Israel-Gaza fighting described as a morally equivalent “cycle of violence.” This is absurd. What possible interest can Israel have in cross-border fighting? Everyone knows Hamas set off this mini-war. And everyone knows the proudly self-declared raison d’etre of Hamas: the eradication of Israel and its Jews.

Apologists for Hamas attribute the blood lust to the Israeli occupation and blockade. Occupation? Does no one remember anything? It was less than 10 years ago that worldwide television showed the Israeli army pulling die-hard settlers off synagogue roofs in Gaza as Israel uprooted its settlements, expelled its citizens, withdrew its military and turned every inch of Gaza over to the Palestinians. There was not a soldier, not a settler, not a single Israeli left in Gaza.

And there was no blockade. On the contrary. Israel wanted this new Palestinian state to succeed. To help the Gaza economy, Israel gave the Palestinians its 3,000 greenhouses that had produced fruit and flowers for export. It opened border crossings and encouraged commerce.

The whole idea was to establish the model for two states living peacefully and productively side by side. No one seems to remember that, simultaneous with the Gaza withdrawal, Israel dismantled four smaller settlements in the northern West Bank as a clear signal of Israel’s desire to leave the West Bank as well and thus achieve an amicable two-state solution.

This is not ancient history. This was nine years ago.

And how did the Gaza Palestinians react to being granted by the Israelis what no previous ruler, neither Egyptian, nor British, nor Turkish, had ever given them — an independent territory? First, they demolished the greenhouses. Then they elected Hamas. Then, instead of building a state with its attendant political and economic institutions, they spent the better part of a decade turning Gaza into a massive military base, brimming with terror weapons, to make ceaseless war on Israel.

Where are the roads and rail, the industry and infrastructure of the new Palestinian state? Nowhere. Instead, they built mile upon mile of underground tunnels to hide their weapons and, when the going gets tough, their military commanders. They spent millions importing and producing rockets, launchers, mortars, small arms, even drones. They deliberately placed them in schools, hospitals, mosques and private homes to better expose their own civilians. (Just Thursday, the U.N. announced that it found 20 rockets in a Gaza school.) And from which they fire rockets at Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

Why? The rockets can’t even inflict serious damage, being almost uniformly intercepted by Israel’s Iron Dome anti-missile system. Even West Bank leader Mahmoud Abbas has asked: “What are you trying to achieve by sending rockets?”

It makes no sense. Unless you understand, as Tuesday’s Post editorial explained, that the whole point is to draw Israeli counterfire.

This produces dead Palestinians for international television. Which is why Hamas perversely urges its own people not to seek safety when Israel drops leaflets warning of an imminent attack.

To deliberately wage war so that your own people can be telegenically killed is indeed moral and tactical insanity. But it rests on a very rational premise: Given the Orwellian state of the world’s treatment of Israel (see: the U.N.’s grotesque Human Rights Council), fueled by a mix of classic anti-Semitism, near-total historical ignorance and reflexive sympathy for the ostensible Third World underdog, these eruptions featuring Palestinian casualties ultimately undermine support for Israel’s legitimacy and right to self-defense.

In a world of such Kafkaesque ethical inversions, the depravity of Hamas begins to make sense. This is a world in which the Munich massacre is a movie and the murder of Klinghoffer is an opera — both deeply sympathetic to the killers. This is a world in which the U.N. ignores humanity’s worst war criminals while incessantly condemning Israel, a state warred upon for 66 years that nonetheless goes to extraordinary lengths to avoid harming the very innocents its enemies use as shields.

It’s to the Israelis’ credit that amid all this madness they haven’t lost their moral scruples. Or their nerve. Those outside the region have the minimum obligation, therefore, to expose the madness and speak the truth. Rarely has it been so blindingly clear.

Another View of Hamas...

Headline:
Hamas is Losing and Everyone Knows it

"It’s pathetic, really, and must be extraordinarily humiliating.

The Middle Eastern habit of declaring victory after getting your ass kicked has a long pedigree. Egypt did it after losing the 1973 Yom Kippur War. North Korea built a hysterical propaganda museum in Cairo commemorating that make-believe victory, but at least that particular fantasy is based on something. The Egyptian army did well against Israel for the first couple of days even though it lost in the end.

Hezbollah declared victory in the 2006 war despite the fact that entire swaths of its infrastructure were obliterated, but Hezbollah did inflict some serious damage and triggered a refugee crisis. Hamas couldn’t possibly base a victory boast on anything now.

The Israelis are seriously considering a ground invasion since Hamas won’t stop firing, but they’ve already proved to the population of Gaza that Hamas, even with its all its longer-range missiles, is capable of inflicting no more damage on the Zionist Entity than a lone killer armed with only a steak knife."

[Emphasis added]
In the eyes of the AtheoLeft, Hamas is the perpetual victim regardless of how illegal their war crimes obviously are. The two cited in this skirmish are the attack on civilians launched by Hamas rockets (roughly 1,000 rockets are reported to have been launched out of Gaza against random civilians in Israel), and the second war crime is hiding behind civilians while waging war. But as was observed in yesterday's article, Hamas never loses, at least in the eyes of itself and its Leftist facilitators: Israel is to blame for retaliating and thereby aggravating the poor Gazans.

The Unyielding NO, vs. The Knock on the Roof

The current altercation between Hamas and civilization is dissected admirably in this article at the Belmont Club, by Richard Fernandez. Here is just a teaser:

Just as soon as Israel accepted an Egyptian-brokered ceasefire Hamas fired 47 rockets killing one Israeli citizen. Anyone who has followed the conflict could have predicted this with certainty; the point of a ceasefire — for a terrorist organization — is to break it for exactly the same reason it purposely attacks women and children.

Dr. Anna Geifman tried to explain that the reason why innocents are selected as terror targets is because “children are the last consecrated absolute”. That is just why they must be killed in the cruelest way possible. For “militant nihilism strives to ruin first and foremost what their contemporaries hold sacred”.

Nihilism isn’t the absence of a belief. It is something subtly different: it is the belief in nothing. The most powerful weapon of terrorism is therefore the unyielding No. “No I will not give up. No I will not tell the truth. No I will not play fair. No I will not spare children. No I will not stop even if you surrender to me; I will not cease even if you give me everything you have, up to and including your children’s lives. Nothing short of destroying me absolutely can make me stop. And therefore I will defeat you even if you kill me. Because I will make you pay the price in guilt for annihilating me.”

It’s an extremely powerful weapon. The Absolute No is a devastating attack on the self-image and esteem of civilization. Hamas will demonstrate the No, the Nothing. It will show that deep down inside Israelis — and Americans — are animals like them.

The power of Hamas lies in that they will never stop hating. No ceasefire, concession, negotiation or entreaty will move them. That is their inhuman strength. The Jews can even exterminate them, but only at the cost of destroying all the ideals they hold dear. If the last Hamas activist could speak he would say this:

“Shoot! I am the last. Carry out your ethnic cleansing, just as the Nazis tried with you. You will never be able to look yourself in the mirror again. The price of victory is to win on our terms. Nothing will remain of your precious Jewish self-esteem, of the illusion that you are a civilization dedicated to morality. What will you do after you kill me? Go to your synagogue and a hymn of praise to your God?

“At that moment your faith will desert you. For you claim your God does not desire blood, that yours is a God of love and I say therefore He is false. The only real Gods are those of Hate. A God that does not live by blood does not exist as my God who lives by blood exists; and when you pull the trigger you will be worshipping at my altar! I have won at last. Come to prayer. Come to Islam.”

And it would be so easy wouldn’t it? Just line up the M-109 howitzers to load up and fire for effect. Playing the nice guy only wins you insults even from — or most especially from — Amnesty International. “Israeli military’s ‘knock on roof’ warnings criticized by rights groups”.
The “knock on the roof” is the Israeli military’s warning for civilians before it fires on a building and is being used extensively as Israeli airstrikes target Hamas sites in Operation Protective Edge.

The Israeli Air Force developed the technique in 2009 as a way to warn civilians in Gaza to leave buildings it has identified as locations where Hamas keeps ammunition, a rocket stash or command post. But it is a controversial policy that has been criticized by human rights groups.

The Absolute No wins again. They reject your attempts to be humane, they utterly deny your pretense at humanity. So why not fire for effect? Do it. You want to, don’t you?”
Real cruelty is when you make your opponent just as cruel as you are. Even though you might lose, you also automatically win.

RIP: WWII Ace Bill Overstreet has died

The Greatest Generation is nearly depleted. It must be remembered.

Bill Overstreet was a WWII Ace, renowned for flying under the arches of the Eiffel tower in pursuit of a German plane. That act gave hope to the French opposition. He was awarded the French Legion of Honor, France's highest, in 2009. Overstreet gave the credit to his friends on the ground who helped him but did not make it back.

Every generation has the capability of generating greatness from amongst its ranks; their generation found fruition.
