Once human beings become subordinate to abstract notions of equality and the future, people become expendable. ‘The future is the only transcendental value for men without God’, said Camus. Thus revolutionaries must forever meddle with the present, because tomorrow never comes.

Rational folks are starting to catch on to the underlying tyrannical motives of every single Leftist movement.

Raw Power and Moral Condemnation

The video in the previous post takes us to the root of the massive, shrieking irrationality of the Left. At one point, Jordan Peterson cuts through the flak and reaches the basis for all of the posturing and squealing which characterizes Democrats and the Left: Power. Power through false moralization and moral condemnation.

This has been particularly acute during the final days of the Tax Bill, as it approached acceptance. There being no actual moral case to be made, the Left – including Pelosi and Schumer – fabricated evils which did not and do not exist, and made constant public displays of “moral” outrage at the false "attacks which the Republicans were making on" … well, on the helpless but holy Victimhood Class.

By keeping the focus of the MSM sycophants on the faux moral outrage rather than the facts of the bill, the Left was exerting the only remaining power which it has to keep their own troops from defecting.

This relates to the use of moral outrage to control. Moral outrage is power. When one cannot force the Deplorables into gulags, then the Deplorables must be controlled by the power of outraged moral condemnation. It doesn’t matter what the specifics of the moral principle are. What matters is whether the outrage works to the favor of the Left.

That is the explanation for the bizarre positions which the Left takes: each position must be the opposite of whatever principles or beliefs the Deplorables have. This constant inversion of morality is necessary, absolutely necessary, in order to be morally outraged that the Deplorables are against the all-new Leftist moral inversions. Other than morally inverting Deplorable’s historical morality, the Left has just the one fundamental principle: Attain Power, all of it. Hillary was supposed to have done that. She actually cut the Left loose.

The Left could not generate moral outrage and condemnation by using the historical morality of the Deplorables. If they used that morality, they would have no power whatsoever. It is absolutely essential that they invent new principles which are direct contradictions of the historical Deplorable morality.

And that explains not only the lathered, blithering histrionics of the Left now that it has no other power (even in the deep state, it now appears). It also explains the complete anti-rationalism which attaches to the moral outrage approach to power. It explains why the Left uses Classism: to focus moral outrage on the Oppressor Class.

For the Left, any tactic is moral if it produces power over the Deplorables. And that explains things such as body trails. Body trails were acceptable to Mao, Lenin, Stalin, Pol Pot, the Castros and Che, and now Maduro (the current example of the power of the Left to destroy the populace, especially opposition).

Spencer required these measures to be taken in order to extract EXIF geotagging data from the images, so that he could obtain the home addresses of his recruits.

Richard Spencer is an admitted atheist and socialist, who hates America, hates Christians and the Constitution, and thinks that Trump supporters are “cucks”.

Richard Spencer is not a conservative. He has praised Bolshevism, and has called himself the “Karl Marx of the alt-right”. His mentor is a confused, retired academic, named Paul Gottfried. Gottfried says that the United States is no longer a republic, and is Nietzschean social Darwinist, who is a disciple of Marcuse and has been described as a “right-wing proponent of the Frankfurt school.”

The robotic talking points that Spencer reads off in mainstream media interviews come from his boss, William Regnery II, founder of the National Policy Institute. While college drop-out Richard Spencer pretends to “run” NPI from the basement of his mother’s 3 million dollar condo in Whitefish, Montana, it is really Regnery who is calling the shots.

According to Spencer himself, Regnery has played a “vitally important and indispensable” role in bolstering the alt-right movement and that he “wouldn’t do a big thing without consulting him.”

William Regnery’s father, Henry, was the founder of the American Security Council, which is riddled with CIA agents, and it’s spin-off, the Center for Security Policy, is headed by Dick Cheney, Richard Perle and Paul Wolfowitz, the neoconservative warmongers who pushed George W Bush into the Iraq war.

A history professor at California State University, Fresno, appears to have advocated for the death of President Donald Trump on Twitter.

Tweets from an account purportedly operated by Professor Lars Maischak call for Trump to “hang” in order to “save American democracy,” and say the only “cure” for racist people is a bullet to their head. The account is not verified, although the bio and interactions between the user and other Twitter users indicate it belongs to the professor.

“To save American democracy, Trump must hang,” Professor Lars Maischak appears to have tweeted in February. “The sooner and the higher, the better. #TheResistance #DeathToFascism.”

You'd think that a history professor would know the difference between a republic and a fascist state. I'm not certain that he does, but if he does, then he is going with the false flag of "anti-fascism" by using fascism himself. On the other hand, he might just be a total Marxist Class Warrior who labels people by identity in order to enable their destruction. Eliminationist fascism and eliminationist Marxism are indistinguishable: both want to kill everyone who is not them.

History Repeating: When 'Totalists' Refuse to Tolerate

America is a "house divided" and it cannot stand

Earlier today I cited Senator Rubio's warning,

“I don't know of a civilization in the history of the world that's been able to solve its problems when half the people in a country absolutely hate the other half of the people in that country.”

I said that what I hear and see today reminds me of the national polity of the 1850s, which ended badly.

I have before called the underlying ideology of the American Left, totalism. The label was first used by psychiatrist and historian Robert Lifton. Professor Anna Geifman explains the Totalist political world view:

Its devotees — anarchists, Marxists, or Islamists — want to impose a new order based on an “all-or-nothing claim to truth.” They operate within distinctive parameters of a “theology of Armageddon — a final battle between good and evil” – in which the stakes are nothing less than universal salvation. No one gravitates to the Left in order to let others live their lives as they see fit. The beating heart of Totalism in all its forms is power and control over others. This is the raison d'etre of the entire American Left.

The First Civil War was a class war. The classes were, first of all, racial, with slave holders (Democrats, of course) vs. anti-slavery classical liberals; then geographical, South vs. North; and Constitutional, States Rights vs. Strong Federal Control. The identitarian, tribal Classist conflict was devastating. It started with the election of an "unacceptable" president, Lincoln. That event set the Democrats off like a bomb.

Today's Leftists appear to think that they have a moral mandate demanding violence, if necessary, to keep their power and narrative in total control. They showed no compromise or compassion under Obama, and they have only escalated that approach.

Whether the general population will drift into or out of Leftism is not yet determined. But the next few months will shed more light on that, as well as what must be done against the intractable, totalitarianism and Class War of the Left. Is the current environment just a huge Leftist tantrum? Or is it a precursor of larger turmoil ahead?

A final thought on Civil War I: The Democrats could have freed the slaves, hired them to work on their plantations at a living wage. They did not do that, because they could not: their embedded racism prohibited it. When they lost Civil War I, the Democrats oppressed the freed slaves with Jim Crow and KKK action against the blacks. They did not release their Class War; they redefined it and tightly institutionalized it through local law and official/unofficial violence. They are no different now.

1. Powerful and continuing nationalism.
Presumably as opposed to anti-national, one world domination by the Left. The Left has decried patriotism with the same vehemence as it decried the patriarchy, institutional (invisible) racism, privilege (innate racism due to birth), microaggression (invisible assault on sensibilities), and other putative crimes. Protected by the relatively open society and laws of the west, they revile the west and its relatively open society protected by national boundaries.

2. Disdain for Human Rights.
The Left actively wishes to delete much of the US Constitution, because it gets in their way. Free Speech is especially free for the Left, but not the Othered Class. Bearing arms is hated for the obvious reason that only the state should bear arms... yet police are also denigrated by the Left. Under Social Justice War, hate crimes are defined and punished by the Left - and the Left continually adds new Protected Classes and hate crime categories to attack.

3. Identification of Enemies as a Unifying Cause.
The obvious Marxist class war being waged by the Left is exactly a unifying, pseudo-moral, cultish righteousness claim to moral superiority and messiah claims of salvation for their designated Victimhood Classes. In fact, the Victimhood Classes never receive salvation, they receive crumbs of bare sufficiency for survival. That is obviously necessary because the Victimhood Classes must be maintained and never released, because they are fundamental to the messianic self-righteousness of the Left. Identification of enemies is a performance art, seen every day as Leftists speak; they speak hatred of the Othered Class.

4. Supremacy of the Military.
The military under the Left and Obama consisted of the Dark Militarization of the many executive branch bureaus, almost all of which now have their own armed forces. Under the Left and Obama, the US military was marginalized and the international military, UN, NATO, "coalition", was strengthened. The one world fascism of the Left was obvious.

5. Religion and Government Intertwined
Atheism, and its hydra head of many untethered belief systems, including New Age, Post Truth, Post Enlightenment, Post Rationalism (Nietzschean), Post Moral, Consequentialism, Messiahist Marxism, has been the Leftist form of religion embedded in government.

6. Obsession With National Security.
How this is a characteristic solely of Fascism is a curiousity; the EU has become overrun due to the lapse of common sense National Security. But for one worlders, there should be no nations, and thus national security - like patriotism - is a hate crime for the Left.

7. Corporate Power Protected.
The Left provided massive bailouts to several huge corporations in the past decade. Hillary courted and received huge payouts from Wall Street. Crony politics (coming up) is a mark of the Left, much of which is filthy rich and the rest of which is permanent Victimhood Class (contentedly "oppressed").

8. Labor Power Suppressed.
That is why Trump is president: the Left doesn't care about Labor, especially non-union blue collar workers; it cares about wealthy crony connections.

9.Disdain for Intellectuals and the Arts.
This is clearly not the case for Hitler's National Socialism. The NAZIs revered Nietsche (the national philosopher), Wagner (the national composer), and they stole and preserved massive amounts of highly valued paintings and scuptures from conquered museums.

In the USA, the concept of Intellectualism has been corrupted to mean "Leftist Narrative Only" in both academia and MSM. That is functionally anti-intellectual, as contrary concepts are not allowed (riots against MILO, rather than open debates). The Arts have degraded into Piss-Christ and other denigrations, as well as stupendously stupid displays such a an artist sleeping in her Plexiglas display case on the museum floor. To be against the funding of these parasitic atrocities is merely rational common sense.

10. Rampant Cronyism and Corruption.
Just one word: Clinton. That Leftists revered her/them is sufficient demonstration of their actual morals.

11. Fraudulent Elections.
Two items: the fraudulent nomination of Hillary which shut out Bernie Sanders. And the perpetual Leftist fight against voter I.D., thereby allowing mere claims of identity to suffice.

Democrats can barely keep up with their problems with Trump, raising some to wonder if their perpetual opposition is undermining a more focused message.

With nothing to offer but "hair on fire", screaming outrage, the Coastal Leftists allow a mid-lander into their midst. The problem is that being a mid-lander is no viewglass into the middle lands of the USA.

For many Democrats, it would be irresponsible and immoral to simply give Trump a pass or tamp down their disapproval for political purposes. And if they fell on their swords – for instance, tamping down their invective on the wall to focus on the foreign ban – their base would be apoplectic.

The liberal wing of the party is showing itself to be as active and animated as it has since the Vietnam War, producing crowds that are garnering comparisons to the 2010 tea party movement that ushered in the Republican control of Congress.

One left-wing group, Campaign for America's Future, is pressuring Democrats in Congress to resist the notion of trying to work with Trump even where they see some daylight. Instead they are seeking even more pressure – through weekly Tuesday protests – to make it clear "the Trump agenda is not normal," according to a recent statement on its website.

After Sen. Chris Coons of Delaware said he believed Gorsuch deserved a hearing and an eventual vote, the liberal Progressive Change Campaign Committee emailed its 1 million members to rebuke him.

"There is zero appetite among the public for weakness from Democratic politicians," said Stephanie Taylor, the committee's co-founder.

Party strategists are still wrestling with how to harness all of this energy – and there's a realization, or at least an assumption, that eventually Trump will settle into a relatively more conventional posture, which will then present the party with a challenge of how to maintain the power of the initial opposition that flourished.

"I don't think this pace of outrage will sustain itself for four years," Murphy says. "It's natural for us to be more oppositional in the early days because the policy is coming fast and furious."

That doesn't eliminate the challenge in the near-term though. As Republicans on all levels begin to label the opposition as "obstructionists" and "crybabies," Democrats are huddling about how to weigh expressing their genuine principles while conducting smart politics. Given Trump's previous political success, there isn't a unified, obvious answer."

The Left has moved the Donks clear off the map of rationality. If there are enough rationals remaining in the nation, the Left will solidify them into a conservative bloc, and will have lost all momentum for a very long time.

"Noemi Romero, 24, was one of nine workers arrested in January 2013 after Maricopa County sheriff’s deputies raided Lam’s Supermarket, an Asian grocery store in Phoenix, looking for undocumented workers who were using other people’s Social Security numbers.

The name and Social Security number Romero was using belonged to her mother. She pleaded guilty to a felony charge of criminal impersonation. The felony conviction ruined her chances of applying for a federal program that allows undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. as children to receive protection from deportation and a work permit. Romero was brought to the U.S. from Mexico when she was 3.

“When that happened to me, it was not just I that suffered, but my whole family suffered,” Romero said.

Romero spent three months and a week in jail.

She said of Arpaio, “I hope he does go to jail and is treated the way all these other people have been treated.”

It certainly appears that by enforcing the law, Sheriff Joe has indeed caused pain for willful lawbreakers. But the lawbreakers are Victimhood Class members, so the ACLU and Leftist Messiah activists must provide salvation by punishing their Oppressor, who (OMG!) enforced the law. Enforcing the law on Victimhood Class members is just not done these days. It is immoral, or something. Maybe even illegal... "hate crime"?

Why do we even have laws? Are laws just for whites? Non-Leftist whites? Will whites begin to understand that laws don't apply to anyone any more, including whites (Hillary is white, right?). Well, actually laws are just for the Oppressor Class, not for anyone who is Righteously Leftist and Progressing toward official anarchy of the Righteous Classes.

Oddly, though, the Oppressor Class is mostly law-abiding anyway, so the laws are not even needed for the most part. Except of course for the Hate Crime laws, of course, which protect the Victimhood Classes - apparently even from being subjected to the law.

If it weren't for internal contradiction, there would be no logic in Leftism at all.
